Overview
Canon PIXMA TS7750i is an all-in-one inkjet printer with wireless connectivity. It delivers fast and high quality printing. It is compact and can fit seamlessly in any space. Canon PIXMA TS7750i has customizable Switch UI1 system for easy user interface. It has included software like Easy Photo Print Editor, Creative Park and Poster Artist Web.

Unboxing & Initial Setup
- Take out the printer from the box.
- Take all accessories out and remove all the packaging materials.
- Remove the protective tape.
- Plug on the printer and turn the printer on.
- Switch on the printer and select language.
- Pull out the paper cassette, adjust the alignment to the right side and load the paper.
- Now select exit on the screen.
- Lift the upper side of the printer and install the ink.
- Now close the upper cover of the printer.

Canon TS7750i setup on Windows
Setting up Canon PIXMA TS7750i – Windows (Wi fi):
- Prepare the Printer:
- Tap the Home button on the touch panel.
- Select the Stop button and then proceed to the next step.
- Tap network icon.
- Tap Wi-Fi.
- Tap Wi-Fi setup.
- Choose WPS (Push button method).
- Tap Ok.
- Press and hold the WPS button on the wireless router.
- Tap OK within 2 minutes.
- Select Home, the network connection is complete now.
- Download the Drivers:
- Download and install the driver from the bottom of the page.
- Once the installation is completed, run the installed file.
- Print the Test page:
- Open a document, photo, or webpage.
- Use Ctrl + P >Select your Canon PIXMA TS7750i printer.
- Print.
USB Setup (Wired Setup):
- Download the Drivers:
- Download and install the necessary drivers from the bottom of the page.
- Once the driver installation is completed, run the installed file.
- Connect the USB Cable to your printer:
- Plug the USB cable to your printer and the other end to your PC.
- Go to the settings of your PC.
- Search for bluetooth and devices.
- Click on Printers and Scanners.
- From the available printers list select your Canon PIXMA TS7750i.
- Print the Test page:
- Open a document, photo, or webpage.
- Use Ctrl + P >Select your Canon PIXMA TS7750i printer.
- Print.

Setting up Canon PIXMA TS7750i – Mac (Wi fi):
- Download Drivers:
- Download the driver package from the bottom of the page.
- Once the installation is completed , run the installed file.

- Plug the USB cable to your printer and the other end to your Mac.
- On your Mac click on the system preference option.
- Now click on Printer and Scanners.
- The available printers list will appear on the screen, select your Canon PIXMA TS7750i.
- Print the Test page:
- Open a document, photo, or webpage.
- Use Ctrl + P >Select your Canon PIXMA TS7750i printer.
- Print.

Setting up Canon PIXMA TS7750i – IOS:
- Printing with AirPrint from iOS Device:
- Tap operation icon using your iOS device’s application.
- Menu options appear.
- Tap Print:
- Select your model name from Printer on Printer Options.
- Check Print Settings:
- Set the number of copies to be printed and print options, as needed.
- Click on Print.

Setting up Canon PIXMA TS7750i – Android:
- Setting Up Canon Print Service:
- Download Canon Print Service on Google Play Store.
- After completing installation, enable Canon Print Service on your Android smartphone or tablet.
- Connect your smartphone or tablet and the printer to the same network over Wi-Fi.
- Printing Using Canon Print Service:
- Perform operation for printing in application.
- Select printer in application.
- Specify number of copies, paper size, and other settings as needed.
- Start printing:
- Printing starts with your specified settings.
Canon TS7750i setup on Chromebook
Setting up Canon PIXMA TS7750i – Chrome OS (Wi fi):
- Connect Chromebook to network connection:
- Connect chromebook to your home/office network.
- Check that the printer and chrome book are connected to the same network.
- Add Printer:
- Click the Settings icon.
- In the Settings menu, click on Advanced at the bottom.
- Click Printing and then Printers.
- Your Canon PIXMA TS7750i should appear in the list if it’s connected to the same Wi-Fi.
- Click Add.
- Print the Test page:
- Open a document, photo, or webpage.
- Use Ctrl + P >Select your Canon PIXMA TS7750i printer.
- Print.
Troubleshooting Steps
- Printer not connecting to wifi:
- Possible Causes: Incorrect password, weak, signal or outdated firmware.
- Solutions:
- Ensure your Wi-Fi password is correct
- Place the printer close to the router
- Re-run Easy Wireless Connect
- Press Setup >Wi-Fi Setup >Easy Wireless Connect
- Restart the router and printer
- Check for firmware updates via Canon’s official website
- Print Not Detected by computer or mobile:
- Solutions:
- Ensure both printer and device are on the same Wi-Fi network
- Restart your printer and device
- Reinstall the Canon PRINT Inkjet/SELPHY app (for mobile)
- For USB connection, ensure the cable is securely connected
- On Windows/Mac, reinstall the printer driver

- Paper Jam:

- Turn off the printer
- Gently remove jammed paper from the rear tray, output slot, or inside the printer
- Check for torn paper pieces
- Restart the printer

- Run Print Head Cleaning:
