Canon PIXMA TS7650i is a high quality 3-in-1 printer. It has a streamlined, customizable Switch UI system which makes your printing needs manageable and easy. Canon PIXMA TS7650i has wireless and smartphone connectivity. It comes with amazing free software like Easy Photo Print Editor, Creative Park and Poster Artist Web.

Unboxing & Initial Setup
- Take out the printer from the box.
- Take all accessories out and remove all the packaging materials.
- Remove the protective tape.
- Press on the power button to turn the printer on.
- Select language.
- Install the ink cartridges.
- Load the paper.

Canon TS7650i setup on Windows
Setting up Canon PIXMA TS7650i – Windows (Wi fi):
- Prepare the Printer:
- Tap the Home button on the touch panel.
- Select the Stop button and then proceed to the next step.
- Tap network icon.
- Tap Wi-Fi.
- Tap Wi-Fi setup.
- Choose WPS (Push button method).
- Tap Ok.
- Press and hold the WPS button on the wireless router.
- Tap OK within 2 minutes.
- Select Home, the network connection is complete now.
- Download the Drivers:
- Download and install the driver from the bottom of the page.
- Once the installation is completed, run the installed file.
- Print the Test page:
- Open a document, photo, or webpage.
- Use Ctrl + P >Select your Canon PIXMA TS7650i printer.
- Print.
USB Setup (Wired Setup):
- Download the Drivers:
- Download and install the necessary drivers from the bottom of the page.
- Once the driver installation is completed, run the installed file.
- Connect the USB Cable to your printer:
- Plug the USB cable to your printer and the other end to your PC.
- Go to the settings of your PC.
- Search for bluetooth and devices.
- Click on Printers and Scanners.
- From the available printers list select your Canon PIXMA TS7650i.
- Print the Test page:
- Open a document, photo, or webpage.
- Use Ctrl + P >Select your Canon PIXMA TS7650i printer.
- Print.

Setting up Canon PIXMA TS7650i – Mac (Wi fi):
- Download Drivers:
- Download the driver package from the bottom of the page.
- Once the installation is completed , run the installed file.
- Prepare the Printer:
- Tap the Home button on the touch panel.
- Select the Stop button and then proceed to the next step.
- Tap network icon.
- Tap Wi-Fi.
- Tap Wi-Fi setup.

- Download Drivers:

- Once the installation is completed , run the file.
- Connect the USB Cable to your printer:
- Plug the USB cable to your printer and the other end to your Mac.
- On your Mac click on the system preference option.
- Now click on Printer and Scanners.
- The available printers list will appear on the screen, select your Canon PIXMA TS7650i.
- Print the Test page:
- Open a document, photo, or webpage.
- Use Ctrl + P >Select your Canon PIXMA TS7650i printer.
- Print.

Setting up Canon PIXMA TS7650i – IOS:
- Connect to the Wifi:
- Turn on your Canon PIXMA TS7650i.
- Make sure your I phone/I pad is connected to the secure internet connection.
- Ensure that your printer and device are on the same network.
- Install the Canon PRINT Inkjet/SELPHY App:
- Go to the app store.
- Search for the “Canon PRINT Inkjet/SELPHY App”.
- Download and install the app.
- Add printer:
- Go to the Canon PRINT Inkjet/SELPHY app.
- Now follow the on-screen instructions to add your printer.
- App will search for the available printers, Select your Canon PIXMA TS7650i from the available list.
- Click on Add printer.
- Print the Test page:
- Open a document, photo, or webpage.
- Use Ctrl + P >Select your Canon PIXMA TS7650i printer.
- Print.
Canon TS7650i setup on Android
Setting up Canon PIXMA TS7650i – Android:
- Install the Canon PRINT Inkjet/SELPHY App:
- Download the app from the play store.
- Add the printer on the app:
- Click on the add icon on the phone.
- Now click on the register printer.
- Select your Canon PIXMA TS7650i.
- Now the printer is installed on your phone.
- Print the Test page:
- Open a document, photo, or webpage.
- Use Ctrl + P >Select your Canon PIXMA TS7650i printer.
- Print.
Canon TS7650i setup on Chromebook
Setting up Canon PIXMA TS7650i – Chrome OS (Wi fi):
- Connect the printer to Wifi connection:
- Choose your wifi connection from the available networks.
- Enter the password.
- Wait until the printer displays connected.
- Add Printer:
- Click the Settings icon.
- In the Settings menu, click on Advanced at the bottom.
- Click Printing and then Printers.
- Your Canon PIXMA TS7650i should appear in the list if it’s connected to the same Wi-Fi.
- Click Add.
- Print the Test page:
- Open a document, photo, or webpage.
- Use Ctrl + P >Select your Canon PIXMA TS7650i printer.
- Print.
USB Setup (Wired Setup):
- Connect the printer to USB Cable:
- Plug the USB Cable into the printer and the other end to your Chromebook.
- Add printer:
- Click the Settings icon.
- In the settings menu, click on Advanced at the bottom.
- Click Printing and then printers.
- Click on the Add Printer option.
- Your Canon PIXMA TS7650i should appear in the list if it’s connected to the same Wi-Fi.
- Click Add.
- Print the Test page:
- Open a document, photo, or webpage.
- Use Ctrl + P >Select your Canon PIXMA TS7650i printer.
- Print.
Troubleshooting Steps
- The Machine Cannot Be Powered On:
- Press the ON button.
- Make sure that the power plug is securely plugged into the power cord connector of the machine, then turn it back on.
- Make sure that the USB cable is securely plugged in.
- Unplug the machine from the power supply, then plug the machine back in and turn the machine back on after leaving it for at least 2 minutes.
- If you are printing from the computer and there are unnecessary print jobs, delete them.
- Make sure of the following when you load paper:
- When loading two or more sheets of paper, align the edges of the sheets before loading.
- Make sure that the paper stack does not exceed the paper load limit.
- Always load the paper in portrait orientation, regardless of the printing orientation.
- Load the paper with the print side facing up.
- Check to see if the paper you are printing on is not too thick or curled.
- Confirm that the media type and the paper size settings correspond with the loaded paper.
- Make sure that there are not any foreign objects in the rear tray.
- Check Cartridges:
- When a FINE cartridge runs out of ink, replace it with a new one.
- Is the FINE cartridge installed properly?
- If the FINE cartridge is not installed securely, ink may not be ejected correctly.
- Retract the output tray extension and the paper output tray, open the cover, then remove the FINE cartridges, Then install the FINE cartridges again. Push the FINE cartridge until it clicks into place.
- Perform the Print Head Deep Cleaning.
- Paper Jams:
- When paper is jammed, the Alarm lamp flashes and a troubleshooting message is displayed on the computer screen automatically.
- Take the papers out and arrange them in a proper way.
