Unboxing & Initial Setup
- Carefully remove the Canon TS7430 from its packaging, ensuring all protective materials are discarded.
- Open the front cover and insert the ink cartridges into their respective slots until they click into place.
- Adjust the paper guides in the input tray and load your preferred media size, ensuring it fits snugly against the guides.
- Connect the power cord to an outlet and press the power button to turn on the printer.

Connection Setup
- Wireless (Wi-Fi) Connection:
- On the printer, go to Menu > Settings > Wireless LAN Setup.
- Choose your Wi-Fi network and enter the password.
- During driver installation, select Wireless Connection.
- USB Connection:
- Connect the printer to your PC using a USB cable.
- The system should detect the printer and automatically complete the setup.
