Overview
Canon PIXMA TS7400 is a 3-in-1 printer offering printing, scanning and copying. It is designed for home and student use. It can be used for making creative projects, assignments etc. Canon PIXMA TS7400 has compatibility with special media such as magnetic photo paper, iron-on transfers, and restickable paper.

Unboxing & Initial Setup
- Take the printer out of the box.
- Take out all the accessories and remove the packaging.
- Remove and discard the protective tape from outside and inside.
- Connect the power cord to turn the printer on.
- Install the toner cartridges.
- Load paper into the paper trays.

Connection Setup
- Wireless (Wi-Fi) Connection:
- On the printer, go to Menu > Settings > Wireless LAN Setup.
- Choose your Wi-Fi network and enter the password.
- During driver installation, select Wireless Connection.
- USB Connection:
- Connect the printer to your PC using a USB cable.
- The system should detect the printer and automatically complete the setup.

Driver Installation

- Install the driver, then go to System Preferences > Printers & Scanners and click the + button.
- Select your printer from the list or add it using its IP address if it doesn’t appear.
Connection Setup
- Wireless (Wi-Fi) Connection:
- Use the printer’s Wireless LAN Setup option to connect to your network.
- Ensure your Mac is on the same Wi-Fi network.
- USB Connection:
- Connect the printer directly to your Mac via USB.
- It should appear automatically in the printer list.

Using AirPrint (No App Required):
- Ensure your printer is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your iOS device.

- Download the Canon PRINT Inkjet/SELPHY app from the App Store.
- Follow the app’s setup instructions to connect your printer.

Direct Printing:
- Ensure your printer and Chromebook are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
- Go to Settings > Advanced > Printing > Printers on your Chromebook.

- Enable Wi-Fi Direct on the printer.
- Connect your Chromebook to the printer’s Wi-Fi network.
