Unboxing & Initial Setup
- Carefully remove the Canon PIXMA TS702a from its box. Take out all protective materials and tapes.
- Open the front cover and insert the ink cartridges. Follow the color-coded labels to correctly place each cartridge into its slot.
- Adjust the paper guides and load the appropriate size paper into the input tray (e.g., letter, A4).
- Plug in the printer, press the power button, and wait for the initial setup to complete.

Driver Installation

- Download the driver that matches your version of Windows.
- Run the installer and follow the prompts to complete the installation.
Connection Setup
- Wireless (Wi-Fi) Connection:On the printer, go to Menu > Settings > LAN Settings > Wireless LAN Setup.
- Select your Wi-Fi network and enter the password.
- During driver installation, select Wireless Connection to finalize the setup.
- USB Connection:Connect the printer to your Windows PC using a USB cable.
- Windows should detect the printer and install the necessary drivers automatically.

Driver Installation

- Install the driver, then go to System Preferences > Printers & Scanners.
- Click the + button to add the printer. Select it from the list, or use its IP address if it doesn’t appear.
Connection Setup
- Wireless (Wi-Fi) Connection:Use the printer’s Wireless LAN Setup menu to connect to your Wi-Fi network.
- Make sure your Mac is connected to the same network.
- USB Connection:Connect the printer to your Mac with a USB cable.
- It should appear automatically in the printer list.

Using AirPrint (No App Required):
- Ensure the TS702a is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your iOS device.
- Open the file you want to print.
- Tap the Share button and select Print.
