Unboxing & Initial Setup
- Take the printer out of the box.
- Take out all the accessories and remove the packaging.
- Remove and discard the protective tape from outside and inside.
- Connect the power cord to turn the printer on.
- Install the toner cartridges.
- Load paper into the paper trays.

Driver Installation
- Driver Downloads are available in the Bottom of the page.
- Download the driver that matches your version of Windows.
- Run the installer and follow the prompts to complete the installation.
Connection Setup
- Wireless (Wi-Fi) Connection:
- On the printer, go to Menu > Settings > LAN Settings > Wireless LAN Setup.
- Select your Wi-Fi network and enter the password.
- During driver installation, select Wireless Connection to finalize the setup.
- USB Connection:
- Connect the printer to your Windows PC using a USB cable.
- Windows should detect the printer and install the necessary drivers automatically.

Driver Installation
- Driver Downloads are available in the Bottom of the page.
- Install the driver, then go to System Preferences > Printers & Scanners.
- Click the + button to add the printer. Select it from the list, or use its IP address if it doesn’t appear.
Connection Setup
- Wireless (Wi-Fi) Connection:
- Use the printer’s Wireless LAN Setup menu to connect to your Wi-Fi network.
- Make sure your Mac is connected to the same network.
- USB Connection:
- Connect the printer to your Mac with a USB cable.
- It should appear automatically in the printer list.

Using AirPrint (No App Required):
- Ensure the TS700 is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your iOS device.
- Open the file you want to print.
- Tap the Share button and select Print.
- Choose the TS700 from the list of printers and tap Print.
Using the Canon PRINT App:
- Download the Canon PRINT Inkjet/SELPHY app from the App Store.
- Follow the app’s instructions to connect your printer and manage tasks.

Wi-Fi Direct Printing:

- Connect your Android device to the printer’s Wi-Fi network.
- Use the Canon PRINT app to print or scan.
