Unboxing & Initial Setup
- Take the printer out of the box.
- Take out all the accessories and remove the packaging.
- Remove and discard the protective tape from outside and inside.
- Connect the power cord to turn the printer on.
- Install the toner cartridges.
- Load paper into the paper trays.

Setting it up on Windows
- Download drivers from the bottom of the page
- Launch the downloaded setup file and follow the on-screen instructions.
- When prompted, select Wireless Connection for Wi-Fi setup.
- The printer will search for available networks. Select your Wi-Fi network and enter your Wi-Fi password.
- Once connected, the printer should appear in Control Panel > Devices and Printers.
- Right-click on the TS6360a icon and select Set as Default Printer.
- Print a test page to confirm proper installation.

Setting it up on Mac
- Download drivers from the bottom of the page
- Open the downloaded file and follow the on-screen instructions to begin the installation.
- Choose Wireless Connection when prompted.
- The printer will search for available Wi-Fi networks.
- Select your network and enter the Wi-Fi password.
- Once connected, go to System Preferences > Printers & Scanners and click the “+” button to add the TS6360a.
- After adding, right-click on the printer and select Set as Default Printer.
- Ensure the printer is working correctly by printing a test page.

Setting it up on iOS
- On the printer, go to Settings > Wi-Fi Setup > Easy Wireless Connect, and follow the instructions to connect the printer to your Wi-Fi network.
- Go to the App Store on your iPhone/iPad and download the Canon Print app.
- Launch the app and accept the necessary permissions.
- Tap Add Printer > Register Printer > Connect via Wireless Router.
- The app will detect the printer. Select Canon TS6360a when it appears.
- If prompted, enter your Wi-Fi password to complete the setup.
- Open any document or image and select Print from the app.

Setting it up on Android
- On the printer’s display, go to Settings > Wi-Fi Setup > Easy Wireless
- Connect and follow the on-screen prompts to connect it to your Wi-Fi network.
- Open the Google Play Store on your Android device and download the Canon Print app.
- Launch the app and grant the necessary permissions.
- Tap Add Printer > Register Printer > Connect via Wireless Router.
- The app will search for the printer; select Canon TS6360a when it appears.
- If prompted, enter your Wi-Fi password to complete the setup.
- Open any document or image and select Print from the app.

Setting it up on Chromebook
- On the printer’s display, go to Settings > Wi-Fi Setup > Easy Wireless Connect and follow the prompts to connect it to your Wi-Fi network.
- On your Chromebook, click the time in the bottom-right corner and select the Settings gear icon.
- Scroll to Advanced and under Printing, click Printers.
- Click Add Printer, and your Canon TS6360a should appear in the list. Select it and click Add.
- Open any document or image, press Ctrl + P, and select the TS6360a to print.
Troubleshooting Steps
- Check the power:
- Check the printer plug and the wall outlet both are securely connected
- Check the cartridges:
- Make sure the ink cartridges are placed correctly. There should be enough ink and cartridges should be compatible with the model of the printer
- Check paper:
- If the papers are not arranged correctly, take out the paper tray and straighten them up. There should be no jams in the printer
- Check WiFi connection:
- Ensure your printer and device are connected to the same network
- Make sure that the WiFi connection is stable
- Reset the printer:
- Resetting the printer can resolve many issues
- Update printer drivers:
- If drivers are outdated, check for newer ones
