Unboxing & Initial Setup
- Take the printer out of the box.
- Take out all the accessories and remove the packaging.
- Remove and discard the protective tape from outside and inside.
- Connect the power cord to turn the printer on.
- Install the toner cartridges.
- Load paper into the paper trays.

- Preparation:
- Ensure the printer is powered on and has a stable Wi-Fi or USB connection.
- Download the “TS6300 series Full Driver & Software Package” from the Canon official website.
- Driver Installation:

- During setup, select Wi-Fi or USB as the connection method.
- Test the connection by printing a sample document.

- Preparation:
- Make sure the printer is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your iOS device.
- Printing:
- Use the built-in AirPrint feature to print directly from apps like Photos or Safari.

ChromeOS (Chromebook)
- Preparation:
- Ensure the printer is on the same Wi-Fi network as your Chromebook.
- Printing:
- Open Settings on your Chromebook.
- Go to Advanced > Printing > Printers and look for your printer.
- If not automatically detected, add the printer manually using its IP address (found in printer network settings).
Troubleshooting Steps
- Printer not connecting to wi-fi:
- Possible Causes: Incorrect password, weak, signal or outdated firmware.
- Solutions:
- Ensure your Wi-Fi password is correct
- Place the printer close to the router
- Re-run Easy Wireless Connect
- Press Setup >Wi-Fi Setup >Easy Wireless Connect
- Restart the router and printer
- Check for firmware updates via Canon’s official website
- Print Not Detected by computer or mobile:
- Solutions:
- Ensure both printer and device are on the same Wi-Fi network
- Restart your printer and device
- Reinstall the Canon PRINT Inkjet/SELPHY app (for mobile)
- For USB connection, ensure the cable is securely connected
- On Windows/Mac, reinstall the printer driver

- Turn off the printer
- Gently remove jammed paper from the rear tray, output slot, or inside the printer
- Check for torn paper pieces
- Restart the printer

- Check ink levels and replace cartridges if needed
- Run Print Head Cleaning:
- Press Setup >Maintenance>Cleaning
- Perform Print Head Alignment via the same menu
