Canon PIXMA TS6151 is an all-in-one inkjet printer offering printing, copying and scanning. It delivers impressive printing quality and it is a high page yield printer. Canon PIXMA TS6151 supports wireless printing. It comes with included softwares like MP Driver including Scanning Utility, My Image Garden with Full HD Movie Print, Quick Menu, Easy-WebPrint EX.

Unboxing & Initial Setup
- Take out the printer from the box.
- Take all accessories out and remove all the packaging materials.
- Remove the protective tapes.
- Press on the power button to turn the printer on.
- Install the ink cartridges.
- Load the paper.

Canon TS6151 setup on Windows
Setting up Canon PIXMA TS6151 – Windows (Wi fi):
- Prepare the printer:
- Press the HOME button on the printer.
- Tap the wifi icon.
- Tap LAN settings.
- Tap Wireless LAN.
- Tap Wireless LAN setup.
- Select Easy wireless connect.
- Choose your wireless network from the available list.
- Enter the password and press Ok.
- Download the Drivers:
- Download and install the driver from the bottom of the page.
- Once the installation is completed, run the installed file.
- Print the Test page:
- Open a document, photo, or webpage.
- Use Ctrl + P >Select your Canon PIXMA TS6151 printer.
- Print.
USB Setup (Wired Setup):
- Download the Drivers:
- Download and install the necessary drivers from the bottom of the page.
- Once the driver installation is completed, run the installed file.
- Connect the USB Cable to your printer:
- Plug the USB cable to your printer and the other end to your PC.
- Go to the settings of your PC.
- Search for bluetooth and devices.
- Click on Printers and Scanners.
- From the available printers list select your Canon PIXMA TS6151.
- Print the Test page:
- Open a document, photo, or webpage.
- Use Ctrl + P >Select your Canon PIXMA TS6151 printer.
- Print.

Setting up Canon PIXMA TS6151 – Mac (Wi fi):
- Download Drivers:
- Download the driver package from the bottom of the page.
- Once the installation is completed , run the installed file.
- Prepare the Printer:
- Press the HOME button on the printer.
- Tap the wifi icon.
- Tap LAN settings.
- Tap Wireless LAN.
- Tap Wireless LAN setup.
- Select Easy wireless connect.
- Choose your wireless network from the available list.
- Enter the password and press Ok.
- Print the Test page:

USB Setup (Wired Setup):
- Download Drivers:
- Download the driver package from the bottom of the page.
- Once the installation is completed , run the file.
- Connect the USB Cable to your printer:
- Plug the USB cable to your printer and the other end to your Mac.
- On your Mac click on the system preference option.
- Now click on Printer and Scanners.
- The available printers list will appear on the screen, select your Canon PIXMA TS6151.
- Print the Test page:
- Open a document, photo, or webpage.
- Use Ctrl + P >Select your Canon PIXMA TS6151 printer.
- Print.

Setting up Canon PIXMA TS6151 – IOS:
- Connect to the Wifi:
- Turn on your Canon PIXMA TS6151.
- Make sure your Iphone/Ipad is connected to the secure internet connection.
- Ensure that your printer and device are on the same network.
- Install the Canon PRINT Inkjet/SELPHY App:
- Go to the app store.
- Search for the “Canon PRINT Inkjet/SELPHY App”.
- Download and install the app.
- Add printer:
- Go to the Canon PRINT Inkjet/SELPHY app.
- Now follow the on-screen instructions to add your printer.
- App will search for the available printers, Select your Canon PIXMA TS6151 from the available list.
- Click on Add printer.
- Print the Test page:
- Open a document, photo, or webpage.
- Use Ctrl + P >Select your Canon PIXMA TS6151 printer.
- Print.

Setting up Canon PIXMA TS6151 – Android:
- Install the Canon PRINT Inkjet/SELPHY App:
- Download the app from the play store.
- Add the printer on the app:
- Click on the add icon on the phone.
- Now click on the register printer.
- Select your Canon PIXMA TS6151.
- Now the printer is installed on your phone.
- Print the Test page:
- Open a document, photo, or webpage.
- Use Ctrl + P >Select your Canon PIXMA TS6151 printer.
- Print.

Setting up Canon PIXMA TS6151 – Chrome OS (Wi fi):
- Connect the printer to Wifi connection:
- Choose your wifi connection from the available networks.
- Enter the password.
- Wait until the printer displays connected.
- Add Printer:
- Click the Settings icon.
- In the Settings menu, click on Advanced at the bottom.
- Click Printing and then Printers.
- Your Canon PIXMA TS6151 should appear in the list if it’s connected to the same Wi-Fi.
- Click Add.
- Print the Test page:
- Open a document, photo, or webpage.
- Use Ctrl + P >Select your Canon PIXMA TS6151 printer.
- Print.
USB Setup (Wired Setup):
- Connect the printer to USB Cable:
- Plug the USB Cable into the printer and the other end to your Chromebook.
- Add printer:
- Click the Settings icon.
- In the settings menu, click on Advanced at the bottom.
- Click Printing and then printers.
- Click on the Add Printer option.
- Your Canon PIXMA TS6151 should appear in the list if it’s connected to the same Wi-Fi.
- Click Add.
- Print the Test page:
- Open a document, photo, or webpage.
- Use Ctrl + P >Select your Canon PIXMA TS6151 printer.

Troubleshooting Steps
- Minor print issues:
- Try to restart the printer that can resolve minor issues.
- Low print quality or poor connectivity issues:

- WPS Connection (If Available):
- Make sure your router supports the WPS.
- Ensure your printer and router has strong signals.

- Printer is offline or not responding:

- Try setting your Canon printer as the default printer.
- Restart the Print Spooler service on Windows.
- Check cables and wi-fi.
