Canon PIXMA TS6120 is a wireless inkjet all-in-one printer. It is built for all of your everyday printing needs. It has 5 color individual ink system so that you only need to replace the specific color that runs out. Canon PIXMA TS6120 is an easy to use, compact and offers reliable printing.

Unboxing & Initial Setup
- Take the printer out of the box.
- Take out all the accessories and remove the packaging.
- Remove and discard the protective tape from outside and inside.
- Connect the power cord to turn the printer on.
- Install the toner cartridges.
- Load paper into the paper trays.

Canon TS6120 setup on Windows
- Download and Install Drivers:
- Driver Downloads are available in the Bottom of the page.
- Navigate to the “Drivers & Downloads” section.
- Select the appropriate driver for your Windows version and download it.
- Run the installer and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.
- Connect the Printer:
- Connect the printer to your computer using a USB cable or ensure both devices are on the same network for network printing.
Canon TS6120 setup on macOS
- Download and Install Drivers:
- Driver Downloads are available in the Bottom of the page.
- In the “Drivers & Downloads” section, select the driver compatible with your macOS version and download it.
- Add the Printer:
- Go to System Preferences > Printers & Scanners.
- Click the “+” button to add a new printer.
- Select your Canon TS6120 from the list and click “Add”.
Canon TS6120 setup on iPhone & iPad
- Ensure your iOS device and the TS6120 printer are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
- Open the document or photo you wish to print.
- Tap the Share icon and select Print.
- Choose the Canon TS6120 printer and adjust settings as needed.
- Tap Print to start printing.
Canon TS6120 setup on Android
- Download and install the Canon PRINT Inkjet/SELPHY app from the Google Play Store.
- Ensure your Android device and the TS6120 printer are on the same Wi-Fi network.
- Open the app, select the document or image to print, and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the printing process.
Canon TS6120 setup on Chromebook
- Ensure your Chromebook and the TS6120 printer are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
- Click the status area in the lower-right corner of the Chromebook screen.
- Click the Settings gear icon.
- Scroll down and click Advanced.
- Under the “Printing” section, click Printers.
- Click Add Printer.
- Your Chromebook should detect the Canon TS6120 printer. Select it and click Add.
Troubleshooting Steps
- Check the power
- Check the printer plug and the wall outlet both are securely connected
- Check the cartridges
- Make sure the ink cartridges are placed correctly. Also make sure that there is enough ink and that the cartridges fit the model of your printer
- Check paper
- If the papers are not arranged correctly, take out the paper tray and straighten them up. Make sure there are no jams in the printer. You can now shut off the paper tray.
- Check Wi-Fi connection
- Ensure that your printer and device are connected to the same network.
- Make sure that the Wi-Fi is stable
- Reset the printer
- Resetting the printer can resolve many issues
- Update printer drivers
- If the drivers are outdated, check for newer ones
