Unboxing & Initial Setup
- Take the printer out of the box.
- Take out all the accessories and remove the packaging.
- Remove and discard the protective tape from outside and inside.
- Connect the power cord to turn the printer on.
- Install the toner cartridges.
- Load paper into the paper trays.

Canon TS5352a setup on Windows
- Driver Installation:
- Download Drivers from the bottom of the page.
- Run the installer and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.
- Connection Setup:
- Wireless Setup:
- On the printer’s screen, go to Settings > Wi-Fi Setup > Wireless LAN Setup.
- Follow the prompts to connect the printer to your Wi-Fi network.
- USB Setup:
- Connect the printer to your PC using a USB cable if a wired connection is preferred.
- Wireless Setup:
- Using the Printer:
- Printing: Open the document, click File > Print, and select the TS5352a.
- Scanning: Use Canon IJ Scan Utility or Windows Fax and Scan.
Canon TS5352a setup on macOS
- Driver Installation:
- Download Drivers from the bottom of the page.
- Download the macOS driver for the TS5352a from the Canon Support website.
- Go to System Preferences > Printers & Scanners > Add (+) and select the TS5352a from the list. If it doesn’t appear, install the driver and retry.
- Connection Setup:
- Use the printer’s Wireless LAN Setup to connect to your Wi-Fi network.
- Alternatively, connect the printer to your Mac using a USB cable.
- Using the Printer:
- Printing: Select the TS5352a in the print dialog box.
- Scanning: Use Image Capture or the Canon IJ Scan Utility.
Canon TS5352a setup on iPhone & iPad
- AirPrint Setup:
- Ensure the printer is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your iOS device.
- Open a document or photo, tap Share > Print, and select the TS5352a.
- Canon PRINT App:
- Download the Canon PRINT Inkjet/SELPHY app from the App Store.
- Use the app for additional features such as scanning or photo printing.
- Wi-Fi Direct:
- If no Wi-Fi network is available, enable Wi-Fi Direct on the printer and connect your iOS device directly to the printer.

- Canon PRINT App:
- Download the Canon PRINT Inkjet/SELPHY app from the Google Play Store.
- Use the app to configure the printer, print, and scan.
- Wi-Fi Direct:
- Enable Wi-Fi Direct on the printer and connect your Android device to its network.
- Printing:
- Use the Canon PRINT app or Android’s native printing feature under Settings > Connected Devices > Printing.
Canon TS5352a setup on Chromebook
- Direct Printing:
- Ensure the printer and Chromebook are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
- Open Settings > Advanced > Printing > Printers > Add Printer on your Chromebook.
- Select the TS5352a from the list of available devices.
- Wi-Fi Direct:
- Enable Wi-Fi Direct on the printer and connect your Chromebook directly to its network.
- Printing:
- Open a document in Chrome or Google Docs, click Print, and select the TS5352a.
