Unboxing & Initial Setup
- Unbox the Canon TS5300a and remove all packaging materials.
- Plug in the power cable and turn on the printer.
- Install the ink cartridges and load paper into the paper tray.

Setting Up Canon TS5300a on Windows
Step 1: Install Printer Drivers
- Driver Download Links are in the bottom of the page.
- Download the latest Windows drivers and run the setup file.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.
Step 2: Connect via Wi-Fi or USB
- USB connection: Connect the printer to your Windows PC using a USB cable.
- Wi-Fi connection:
- Press and hold the Wi-Fi button until the Wi-Fi light starts flashing.
- Use the Canon Setup Utility to connect the printer to your Wi-Fi network.
Step 3: Add Printer to Windows
- Open Settings > Devices > Printers & Scanners.
- Click Add a Printer or Scanner and select Canon TS5300a.
- Click Add Device to complete the setup.
Your Canon TS5300a is now ready for printing on Windows!

Step 1: Install Printer Drivers

- Install the drivers and restart your Mac if required.
Step 2: Connect via Wi-Fi or USB
- USB connection: Plug the printer into your Mac using a USB cable.
- Wi-Fi connection:
- Press the Wi-Fi button on the printer until the Wi-Fi light starts flashing.
- Use the Canon Setup Utility to connect the printer to your Wi-Fi network.
Step 3: Add Printer to Mac
- Open System Preferences > Printers & Scanners.
- Click the + button to add a printer.
- Select Canon TS5300a and click Add.
Your Mac is now set up for wireless printing!

Step 1: Connect Printer to Wi-Fi
Ensure that your Canon TS5300a and iPhone/iPad are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
Step 2: Print Using Air Print
- Open the document or photo you want to print.
- Tap the Share button and select Print.
- Choose Canon TS5300a from the available printers.
- Tap Print.
