Canon PIXMA TS4320 is a wireless multifunctional printer offering printing, scanning and copying. It is an affordable option for home use. Canon PIXMA TS4320 comes in a compact design and it is easy to set up. You can quickly and easily print from your compatible mobile device using the free Canon PRINT app, Apple AirPrint®, or Mopria® Print Services.

Unboxing & Initial Setup
- Take the printer out of the box.
- Take out all the accessories and remove the packaging.
- Remove and discard the protective tape.
- Connect the power cord to turn the printer on.
- Install the cartridges.
- Load paper.

Canon TS4320 setup on Windows
Setting up Canon PIXMA TS4320 – Windows (wi-fi):
- Prepare the printer:
- Press and hold the Wi-Fi button on the printer’s control panel.
- Release the Wi-Fi button when the blue Wi-Fi light begins to flash.
- Press the WPS button on your wi-fi router.
- Hold the WPS button on your router within 2 minutes.
- Blue Wi-Fi light on the printer will continue to flash while searching, and then light up firmly.
- The connection is complete.
- Download the Drivers:
- Download and install the driver from the bottom of the page.
- Once the installation is completed, run the installed file.
- Print the Test page:
- Open a document, photo, or webpage.
- Use Ctrl + P >Select your Canon PIXMA TS4320 printer.
- Print.
USB Setup (Wired Setup):
- Download the Drivers:
- Download and install the necessary drivers from the bottom of the page.
- Once the driver installation is completed, run the installed file.
- Connect the USB Cable to your printer:
- Plug the USB cable to your printer and the other end to your PC.
- Go to the settings of your PC.
- Search for bluetooth and devices.
- Click on Printers and Scanners.
- From the available printers list select your Canon PIXMA TS4320.
- Print the Test page:
- Open a document, photo, or webpage.
- Use Ctrl + P >Select your Canon PIXMA TS4320 printer.
- Print.

Setting up Canon PIXMA TS4320 – Mac (Wi-fi):
- Download Drivers:
- Download the driver package from the bottom of the page.
- Once the installation is completed , run the installed file.
- Prepare the printer:

- Download Drivers:

- Connect the USB Cable to your printer:
- Plug the USB cable to your printer and the other end to your Mac.
- On your Mac click on the system preference option.
- Now click on Printer and Scanners.
- The available printers list will appear on the screen, select your Canon PIXMA TS4320.
- Print the Test page:
- Open a document, photo, or webpage.
- Use Ctrl + P >Select your Canon PIXMA TS4320 printer.
- Print.

Setting up Canon PIXMA TS4320 – IOS:
- Connect to the Wifi:
- Turn on your Canon PIXMA TS4320.
- Make sure your Iphone/Ipad is connected to the secure internet connection.
- Ensure that your printer and device are on the same network.
- Install the Canon PRINT Inkjet/SELPHY App:
- Go to the app store.
- Search for the “Canon PRINT Inkjet/SELPHY App”.
- Download and install the app.
- Add printer:
- Go to the Canon PRINT Inkjet/SELPHY app.
- Now follow the on-screen instructions to add your printer.
- App will search for the available printers, Select your Canon PIXMA TS4320 from the available list.
- Click on Add printer.
- Print the Test page:
- Open a document, photo, or webpage.
- Use Ctrl + P >Select your Canon PIXMA TS4320 printer.
- Print.
Canon TS4320 setup on Android
Setting up Canon PIXMA TS4320 – Android:
- Install the Canon PRINT Inkjet/SELPHY App:
- Download the app from the play store.
- Add the printer on the app:
- Click on the add icon on the phone.
- Now click on the register printer.
- Select your Canon PIXMA TS4320.
- Now the printer is installed on your phone.
- Print the Test page:
- Open a document, photo, or webpage.
- Use Ctrl + P >Select your Canon PIXMA TS4320 printer.
- Print.
Canon TS4320 setup on Chromebook
Setting up Canon PIXMA TS4320 – Chrome OS (Wi-fi) :
- Connect the printer to Wifi connection:
- Choose your wifi connection from the available networks.
- Enter the password.
- Wait until the printer displays connected.
- Add Printer:
- Click the Settings icon.
- In the Settings menu, click on Advanced at the bottom.
- Click Printing and then Printers.
- Your Canon PIXMA TS4320 should appear in the list if it’s connected to the same Wi-Fi.
- Click Add.
- Print the Test page:
- Open a document, photo, or webpage.
- Use Ctrl + P >Select your Canon PIXMA TS4320 printer.
- Print.
Troubleshooting Steps
- Minor print issues:
- Try to restart the printer that can resolve minor issues.
- Low print quality or poor connectivity issues:
- Outdated drivers can cause problems. Check the latest driver for your operating system.
- WPS Connection (If Available):
- Make sure your router supports the WPS.
- Ensure your printer and router has strong signals.
- Move your printer closer to the router for a strong connection.
- Printer is offline or not responding:
- If your computer and printer aren’t communicating, try cancelling existing print jobs.
- Try setting your Canon printer as the default printer.
- Restart the Print Spooler service on Windows.
- Check cables and wi-fi.
