It produces vibrant images quickly. It has secure and stable wireless operation due to its dual-band Wi-Fi. Canon PIXMA TS4150i prints are clearer text with intelligent dot placement and optimization, delivered by improved pigment black ink.

Unboxing & Initial Setup
- Take all the accessories and the printer itself from the box.
- Remove all the packaging materials.
- Remove the protective tapes.
- Press on the power button to turn the printer on.
- Unpack the ink cartridges and install them.
- Load the paper.

Canon TS4150i setup on Windows
Setting up Canon PIXMA TS4150i – Windows (Wifi):
- Prepare the printer:
Go to the printer screen, click on the setup button.
Select wireless LAN setup and press ok.
Select the other setup.
Select cable less setup.
Select your wireless network from the available list.
Enter the password.
- Download the Drivers:
Download and install the driver from the bottom of the page.
Once the installation is completed, run the installed file.
- Print the Test page:
Print a test page to confirm the setup.
USB Setup (Wired Setup):
- Download the Drivers:
Download and install the necessary drivers from the bottom of the page.
Once the driver installation is completed, run the installed file.
- Connect the USB Cable to your printer:
Plug the USB cable to your printer and the other end to your PC.
Go to the settings of your PC.
Search for bluetooth and devices.
Click on Printers and Scanners.
From the available printers list select your Canon PIXMA TS4150i.
- Print the Test page:
Print a test page to confirm the setup.

Setting up Canon PIXMA TS4150i – Mac (Wifi):
- Download Drivers:
Download the driver package from the bottom of the page.
Once the installation is completed , run the installed file.
- Prepare the printer:
Go to the printer screen, click on the setup button.
Select wireless LAN setup and press ok.
Select the other setup.
Select cable less setup.
Select your wireless network from the available list.

- Add Printer:
Open the system preferences > Printers & Scanners.
Select your printer and click Add.
- Print the Test page:

USB Setup (Wired Setup):
- Download Drivers:
Download the driver package from the bottom of the page.
Once the installation is completed , run the file.
- Connect the USB Cable to your printer:
Plug the USB cable to your printer and the other end to your Mac.
On your Mac click on the system preference option.
Now click on Printer and Scanners.
The available printers list will appear on the screen, select your Canon PIXMA TS4150i.
- Print the Test page:

Setting up Canon PIXMA TS4150i – IOS:
- Connect to the Wifi:
Turn on your Canon PIXMA TS4150i .
Make sure your Iphone/Ipad is connected to the secure internet connection.
Ensure that your printer and device are on the same network.
- Install the Canon PRINT Inkjet/SELPHY App:
Go to the app store.
Search for the “Canon PRINT Inkjet/SELPHY App”.
Download and install the app.
- Add printer:
Go to the Canon PRINT Inkjet/SELPHY app.
Now follow the on-screen instructions to add your printer.
App will search for the available printers, Select your Canon PIXMA TS4150i from the available list.
Click on Add printer.
- Print the Test page:
Print a test page to confirm the setup.
Canon TS4150i setup on Android
Setting up Canon PIXMA TS4150i – Android:
- Install the Canon PRINT Inkjet/SELPHY App:
Download the app from the play store.
- Add the printer on the app:
Click on the add icon on the phone.
Now click on the register printer.
Select your Canon PIXMA TS4150i.
Now the printer is installed on your phone.
- Print the Test page:
Print a test page to confirm the setup.
Canon TS4150i setup on Chromebook
Setting up Canon PIXMA TS4150i – Chrome OS (Wifi) :
- Connect the printer to Wifi connection:
Choose your wifi connection from the available networks.
Enter the password.
Wait until the printer displays connected.
- Add Printer:
Click the Settings icon.
In the Settings menu, click on Advanced at the bottom.
Click Printing and then Printers.
Your Canon PIXMA TS4150i should appear in the list if it’s connected to the same Wi-Fi.
Click Add.
- Print the Test page:

USB Setup (Wired Setup):
- Connect the printer to USB Cable:
Plug the USB Cable into the printer and the other end to your Chromebook.
- Add printer:
Click the Settings icon.
In the settings menu, click on Advanced at the bottom.
Click Printing and then printers.
Click on the Add Printer option.
Your Canon PIXMA TS4150i should appear in the list if it’s connected to the same Wi-Fi.
Click Add.
- Print the Test page:

Troubleshooting Steps
- Printer not connecting to wifi:
- Possible Causes: Incorrect password, weak, signal or outdated firmware.
- Solutions:
- Ensure your Wi-Fi password is correct
- Place the printer close to the router
- Re-run Easy Wireless Connect
- Press Setup >Wi-Fi Setup >Easy Wireless Connect
- Restart the router and printer
- Check for firmware updates via Canon’s official website
- Print Not Detected by computer or mobile:
- Solutions:
- Ensure both printer and device are on the same Wi-Fi network
- Restart your printer and device
- Reinstall the Canon PRINT Inkjet/SELPHY app (for mobile)
- For USB connection, ensure the cable is securely connected
- On Windows/Mac, reinstall the printer driver
- Paper Jam:
- Solutions:
- Turn off the printer
- Gently remove jammed paper from the rear tray, output slot, or inside the printer
- Check for torn paper pieces
- Restart the printer
- Poor Print Quality (Faded, Streaks, Missing Colors)
- Solution:
- Check ink levels and replace cartridges if needed
- Run Print Head Cleaning:
- Press Setup >Maintenance>Cleaning
- Perform Print Head Alignment via the same menu
- Ensure you’re using compatible paper
