Canon TS3680 is an affordable wireless all-in-one inkjet printer. It supports Canon Cloud Printing, AirPrint, and Mopria, supporting both 5GHz and 2.4GHz for a more convenient mobile wireless printing experience. Canon TS3680 is compatible with various paper types, offers a variety of personalized options, and allows you to enjoy the fun of DIY.

Unboxing & Initial Setup

  1. Take out the printer from the box.
  2. Take all accessories out and remove all the packaging materials.
  3. Remove the protective tapes.
  4. Press on the power button to turn the printer on.
  5. Install the ink cartridges.
  6. Load the paper.

Canon TS3680 setup on Windows

Setting up Canon TS3680 – Windows (Wi fi):

  1. Prepare the Printer:
    • Press and hold the wireless connect button on the printer panel and release the button when the wifi icon flashes in the LCD panel. 
  2. Download the Drivers:
    • Download and install the driver from the bottom of the page.
    • Once the installation is completed, run the installed file.
  3. Print the Test page:
    • Open a document, photo, or webpage.
    • Use Ctrl + P >Select your Canon TS3680 printer.
    • Print.

USB Setup (Wired Setup):

  1. Download the Drivers:
    • Download and install the necessary drivers from the bottom of the page.
    • Once the driver installation is completed, run the installed file.
  2. Connect the USB Cable to your printer:
    • Plug the USB cable to your printer and the other end to your PC.
    • Go to the settings of your PC.
    • Search for bluetooth and devices.
    • Click on Printers and Scanners.
    • From the available printers list select your Canon TS3680.
  3. Print the Test page:
    • Open a document, photo, or webpage.
    • Use Ctrl + P >Select your Canon TS3680 printer.
    • Print.

Troubleshooting Steps

  1. Minor print issues:
    • Try to restart the printer that can resolve minor issues. 
  2. Low print quality or poor connectivity issues:
    • Outdated drivers can cause problems. Check the latest driver for your operating system. 
  3. WPS Connection (If Available):
    • Make sure your router supports the WPS.
    • Ensure your printer and router has strong signals.
    • Move your printer closer to the router for a strong connection.
  4. Printer is offline or not responding:
    • If your computer and printer aren’t communicating, try cancelling existing print jobs.
    • Try setting your Canon printer as the default printer.
    • Restart the Print Spooler service on Windows.
    • Check cables and wi-fi.
