Unboxing & Initial Setup
- Carefully unpack your PIXMA TS3522 printer from the box.
- Remove all packaging materials and protective tapes from the printer.
- Find the power cord provided in the box.
- Connect one end of the power cord to the printer’s power port located at the back of the printer.
- Plug the other end of the power cord into a power outlet.
- Open the front cover of the printer to access the ink cartridge slots.
- Remove the protective cover from the ink cartridge slots.
- Insert the ink cartridges into their corresponding slots. Ensure that each cartridge is securely in place.
- Close the front cover of the printer.
- Load a stack of plain paper into the tray. Make sure the paper is aligned properly and not exceeding the maximum capacity.

Canon TS3522 setup on Windows
Setting up Canon PIXMA TS3522 – Windows (Wi fi):
- Prepare the Printer:
- Press and hold the wireless connect button on the printer panel and release the button when the wifi icon flashes in the LCD panel.
- Download the Drivers:
- Download and install the driver from the bottom of the page.
- Once the installation is completed, run the installed file.
- Print the Test page:
- Open a document, photo, or webpage.
- Use Ctrl + P >Select your Canon PIXMA TS3522 printer.
- Print.
USB Setup (Wired Setup):
- Download the Drivers:
- Download and install the necessary drivers from the bottom of the page.
- Once the driver installation is completed, run the installed file.
- Connect the USB Cable to your printer:
- Plug the USB cable to your printer and the other end to your PC.
- Go to the settings of your PC.
- Search for bluetooth and devices.
- Click on Printers and Scanners.
- From the available printers list select your Canon PIXMA TS3522.
- Print the Test page:
- Open a document, photo, or webpage.
- Use Ctrl + P >Select your Canon PIXMA TS3522 printer.
- Print.

Setting up Canon PIXMA TS3522 – Mac (Wi fi):
- Download Drivers:
- Download the driver package from the bottom of the page.
- Once the installation is completed , run the installed file.
- Prepare the Printer:

- Now click on Printer and Scanners.
- The available printers list will appear on the screen, select your Canon PIXMA TS3522.
- Print the Test page:
- Open a document, photo, or webpage.
- Use Ctrl + P >Select your Canon PIXMA TS3522 printer.
- Print.

Setting up Canon PIXMA TS3522 – IOS:
- Connect to the Wifi:
- Turn on your Canon PIXMA TS3522.
- Make sure your Iphone/Ipad is connected to the secure internet connection.
- Ensure that your printer and device are on the same network.
- Install the Canon PRINT Inkjet/SELPHY App:
- Go to the app store.
- Search for the “Canon PRINT Inkjet/SELPHY App”.
- Download and install the app.
- Add printer:
- Go to the Canon PRINT Inkjet/SELPHY app.
- Now follow the on-screen instructions to add your printer.
- App will search for the available printers, Select your Canon PIXMA TS3522 from the available list.
- Click on Add printer.
- Print the Test page:
- Open a document, photo, or webpage.
- Use Ctrl + P >Select your Canon PIXMA TS3522 printer.
- Print.

Setting up Canon PIXMA TS3522 – Android:
- Install the Canon PRINT Inkjet/SELPHY App:
- Download the app from the play store.
- Add the printer on the app:
- Click on the add icon on the phone.
- Now click on the register printer.
- Select your Canon PIXMA TS3522.
- Now the printer is installed on your phone.
- Print the Test page:
- Open a document, photo, or webpage.
- Use Ctrl + P >Select your Canon PIXMA TS3522 printer.
- Print.

Setting up Canon PIXMA TS3522 – Chrome OS (Wi fi):
- Connect the printer to Wifi connection:
- Choose your wifi connection from the available networks.
- Enter the password.
- Wait until the printer displays connected.
- Add Printer:
- Click the Settings icon.
- In the Settings menu, click on Advanced at the bottom.
- Click Printing and then Printers.
- Your Canon PIXMA TS3522 should appear in the list if it’s connected to the same Wi-Fi.
- Click Add.
- Print the Test page:
- Open a document, photo, or webpage.
- Use Ctrl + P >Select your Canon PIXMA TS3522 printer.
- Print.
USB Setup (Wired Setup):
- Connect the printer to USB Cable:
- Plug the USB Cable into the printer and the other end to your Chromebook.
- Add printer:
- Click the Settings icon.
- In the settings menu, click on Advanced at the bottom.
- Click Printing and then printers.
- Click on the Add Printer option.
- Your Canon PIXMA TS3522 should appear in the list if it’s connected to the same Wi-Fi.
- Click Add.

Troubleshooting Steps
- Minor print issues:
- Try to restart the printer that can resolve minor issues.
- Low print quality or poor connectivity issues:

- WPS Connection (If Available):
- Make sure your router supports the WPS.
- Ensure your printer and router has strong signals.
- Move your printer closer to the router for a strong connection.
- Printer is offline or not responding:
- If your computer and printer aren’t communicating, try cancelling existing print jobs.
- Try setting your Canon printer as the default printer.
- Restart the Print Spooler service on Windows.
- Check cables and wi-fi.
