Canon PIXMA TS3350 is an affordable and all-in-one functional printer. It also has wireless connectivity, It produces prints with sharp texts and vivid colors. Canon PIXMA TS3350 uses FINE cartridges to extend time between ink top-ups. It comes with included softwares like MP Driver including Scanning Utility, Easy-PhotoPrint Editor.

Unboxing & Initial Setup
- Take all the accessories and the printer itself from the box.
- Remove all the packaging materials.
- Remove the protective tapes.
- Press on the power button to turn the printer on.
- Take the cartridges out, remove the packaging and install them.
- Load paper.

Canon TS3350 setup on Windows
Setting up Canon PIXMA TS3350 – Windows (Wi fi):
- Connect the printer to the Wi-fi:
- Hold the wi-fi button for a few seconds.
- The wi-fi LED and power light will flash.
- Hold the WPS button on your router.
- The power light and wi-fi LED with stops blinking means your printer is connected.
- Download the Drivers:
- Download and install the driver from the bottom of the page.
- Once the installation is completed, run the installed file.
- Print the Test page:
- Print a test page to confirm the setup.
USB Setup (Wired Setup):
- Download the Drivers:
- Download and install the necessary drivers from the bottom of the page.
- Once the driver installation is completed, run the installed file.
- Connect the USB Cable to your printer:
- Plug the USB cable to your printer and the other end to your PC.
- Go to the settings of your PC.
- Search for bluetooth and devices.
- Click on Printers and Scanners.
- From the available printers list select your Canon PIXMA TS3350.
- Print the Test page:
- Print a test page to confirm the setup.

Setting up Canon PIXMA TS3350 – Mac (Wi fi):
- Connect the printer to the Wi-fi:
- Hold the wi-fi button for a few seconds.
- The wi-fi LED and power light will flash.

- Connect the USB Cable to your printer:
- Plug the USB cable to your printer and the other end to your Mac.
- On your Mac click on the system preference option.
- Now click on Printer and Scanners.
- The available printers list will appear on the screen, select your Canon PIXMA TS3350.
- Print the Test page:
- Print a test page to confirm the setup.

Setting up Canon PIXMA TS3350 – IOS:
- Connect to the Wifi:
- Turn on your Canon PIXMA TS3350.
- Make sure your Iphone/Ipad is connected to the secure internet connection.
- Ensure that your printer and device are on the same network.
- Install the Canon PRINT Inkjet/SELPHY App:
- Go to the app store.
- Search for the “Canon PRINT Inkjet/SELPHY App”.
- Download and install the app.
- Add printer:
- Go to the Canon PRINT Inkjet/SELPHY app.
- Now follow the on-screen instructions to add your printer.
- App will search for the available printers, Select your Canon PIXMA TS3350 from the available list.
- Click on Add printer.
- Print the Test page:
- Print a test page to confirm the setup.

Setting up Canon PIXMA TS3350 – Android:
- Install the Canon PRINT Inkjet/SELPHY App:
- Download the app from the play store.
- Add the printer on the app:
- Click on the add icon on the phone.
- Now click on the register printer.
- Select your Canon PIXMA TS3350.
- Now the printer is installed on your phone.
- Print the Test page:
- Print a test page to confirm the setup.
Canon TS3350 setup on Chromebook
Setting up Canon PIXMA TS3350 – Chrome OS (Wi-fi):
- Connect the printer to Wi fi connection:
- Choose your wifi connection from the available networks.
- Enter the password.
- Wait until the printer displays connected.
- Add Printer:
- Click the Settings icon.
- In the Settings menu, click on Advanced at the bottom.
- Click Printing and then Printers.
- Your Canon PIXMA TS3350 should appear in the list if it’s connected to the same Wi-Fi.
- Click Add.
- Print the Test page:
- Print a test page to confirm the setup.
USB Setup (Wired Setup):
- Connect the printer to USB Cable:
- Plug the USB Cable into the printer and the other end to your Chromebook.
- Add printer:
- Click the Settings icon.
- In the settings menu, click on Advanced at the bottom.
- Click Printing and then printers.
- Click on the Add Printer option.
- Your Canon PIXMA TS3350 should appear in the list if it’s connected to the same Wi-Fi.
- Click Add.
- Print the Test page:
- Print a test page to confirm the setup.
Troubleshooting Steps
- Printer not connecting to wifi:
- Possible Causes: Incorrect password, weak, signal or outdated firmware.
- Solutions:
- Ensure your Wi-Fi password is correct
- Place the printer close to the router
- Re-run Easy Wireless Connect
- Press Setup >Wi-Fi Setup >Easy Wireless Connect
- Restart the router and printer
- Check for firmware updates via Canon’s official website
- Print Not Detected by computer or mobile:
- Solutions:
- Ensure both printer and device are on the same Wi-Fi network
- Restart your printer and device
- Reinstall the Canon PRINT Inkjet/SELPHY app (for mobile)
- For USB connection, ensure the cable is securely connected
- On Windows/Mac, reinstall the printer driver

- Paper Jam:

- Turn off the printer
- Gently remove jammed paper from the rear tray, output slot, or inside the printer
- Check for torn paper pieces
- Restart the printer
- Solutions:
- Poor Print Quality (Faded, Streaks, Missing Colors)

- Check ink levels and replace cartridges if needed
- Run Print Head Cleaning:
- Press Setup >Maintenance>Cleaning
- Perform Print Head Alignment via the same menu
- Ensure you’re using compatible paper
