Unboxing & Initial Setup
- Unbox the Canon TS304 and remove all protective packaging.
- Plug the printer into a power source and turn it on.
- Install the ink cartridges and load paper into the paper tray.

Setting Up Canon TS304 on Windows
Step 1: Install Printer Drivers
- Driver Download Links are in the bottom of the page.
- Download the latest Windows drivers and install them.
Step 2: Connect via Wi-Fi or USB
- USB connection: Connect the printer to your Windows PC using a USB cable.
- Wi-Fi connection:
- Press and hold the Wi-Fi button on the printer until the Wi-Fi light starts flashing.
- Use the Canon Setup Utility to connect the printer to your Wi-Fi network.
Step 3: Add Printer to Windows
- Open Settings > Devices > Printers & Scanners.
- Click Add a Printer or Scanner and select Canon TS304.
- Click Add Device to complete the setup.
Your Canon TS304 is now ready for printing on Windows!

Setting Up Canon TS304 on Mac
Step 1: Install Printer Drivers
- Driver Download Links are in the bottom of the page.
- Install the drivers and restart your Mac if prompted.
Step 2: Connect via Wi-Fi or USB
- USB connection: Plug the printer directly into your Mac using a USB cable.
- Wi-Fi connection:
- Press and hold the Wi-Fi button until the Wi-Fi light starts flashing.
- Use the Canon Setup Utility to connect to your wireless network.
Step 3: Add Printer to Mac
- Open System Preferences > Printers & Scanners.
- Click the + button to add a printer.
- Select Canon TS304 from the list and click Add.
Your Mac is now set up for wireless printing!

Setting Up Canon TS304 on iOS (iPhone/iPad)
Step 1: Ensure Printer is Connected to Wi-Fi
Make sure your Canon TS304 and iPhone/iPad are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
Step 2: Print Using Air Print
- Open the document or photo you want to print.
- Tap the Share button and select Print.
- Choose Canon TS304 from the available printers.
- Tap Print.

Step 1: Install Canon PRINT App
- Open the Google Play Store and search for Canon PRINT Inkjet/SELPHY.
- Download and install the app.
Step 2: Connect to the Printer

- Ensure your printer and phone are on the same Wi-Fi network.
Step 3: Print from Android
- Choose the document or image you want to print.
- Tap Print.
