Canon PIXMA TR7650 is a 4-in-1 versatile printer. It is ideal for homes, offices and students. It is incorporated with a 5 Colour individual ink system. Canon PIXMA TR7650 has simple Wi-Fi, mobile and cloud connectivity options. It delivers quickly prints, vibrant and detailed borderless colour photos.

Unboxing & Initial Setup
- Take the printer out of the carton.
- Remove all the packaging.
- Remove the protective tape.
- Switch on the printer.
- Select language.
- Install ink cartridges.
- Install the A4 paper.

Canon TR7650 setup on Windows
Setting up Canon PIXMA TR7650 – Windows (Wi fi):
- Prepare the printer:
- Select the wifi icon on display
- Choose wifi option
- Then select wifi setup
- Select easy wireless connect
- Now select the network name from available list
- Enter the password
- Download the Drivers:
- Download and install the driver from the bottom of the page.
- Once the installation is completed, run the installed file.
- Print the Test page:
- Print a test page to confirm the setup.
USB Setup (Wired Setup):
- Download the Drivers:
- Download and install the necessary drivers from the bottom of the page.
- Once the driver installation is completed, run the installed file.
- Connect the USB Cable to your printer:
- Plug the USB cable to your printer and the other end to your PC.
- Go to the settings of your PC.
- Search for bluetooth and devices.
- Click on Printers and Scanners.
- From the available printers list select your Canon PIXMA TR7650.
- Print the Test page:
- Print a test page to confirm the setup.

Setting up Canon PIXMA TR7650 – Mac (Wifi):
- Prepare the printer:
- Select the wifi icon on display
- Choose wifi option
- Then select wifi setup
- Select easy wireless connect

- Connect the USB Cable to your printer:
- Plug the USB cable to your printer and the other end to your Mac.
- On your Mac click on the system preference option.
- Now click on Printer and Scanners.
- The available printers list will appear on the screen, select your Canon PIXMA TR7650.
- Print the Test page:
- Print a test page to confirm the setup.

Setting up Canon PIXMA TR7650 – IOS:
- Connect to the Wifi:
- Turn on your Canon PIXMA TR7650.
- Make sure your Iphone/Ipad is connected to the secure internet connection.
- Ensure that your printer and device are on the same network.
- Install the Canon PRINT Inkjet/SELPHY App:
- Go to the app store.
- Search for the “Canon PRINT Inkjet/SELPHY App”.
- Download and install the app.
- Add printer:
- Go to the Canon PRINT Inkjet/SELPHY app.
- Now follow the on-screen instructions to add your printer.
- App will search for the available printers, Select your Canon PIXMA TR7650 from the available list.
- Click on Add printer.
- Print the Test page:
- Print a test page to confirm the setup.

Setting up Canon PIXMA TR7650 – Android:
- Install the Canon PRINT Inkjet/SELPHY App:
- Download the app from the play store.
- Add the printer on the app:
- Click on the add icon on the phone.
- Now click on the register printer.
- Select your Canon PIXMA TR7650.
- Now the printer is installed on your phone.
- Print the Test page:
- Print a test page to confirm the setup.

Setting up Canon PIXMA TR7650 – Chrome OS (Wifi) :
- Connect the printer to Wifi connection:
- Choose your wifi connection from the available networks.
- Enter the password.
- Wait until the printer displays connected.
- Add Printer:
- Click the Settings icon.
- In the Settings menu, click on Advanced at the bottom.
- Click Printing and then Printers.
- Your Canon PIXMA TR7650 should appear in the list if it’s connected to the same Wi-Fi.
- Click Add.
- Print the Test page:
- Print a test page to confirm the setup.
USB Setup (Wired Setup):
- Connect the printer to USB Cable:
- Plug the USB Cable into the printer and the other end to your Chromebook.
- Add printer:
- Click the Settings icon.
- In the settings menu, click on Advanced at the bottom.
- Click Printing and then printers.
- Click on the Add Printer option.
- Your Canon PIXMA TR7650 should appear in the list if it’s connected to the same Wi-Fi.
- Click Add.
- Print the Test page:

Troubleshooting Steps
- No Power:
- Here are some common resolutions for fixing power issues:
- Make sure the power plug is firmly connected to the printer
- Make sure the main power switch is turned on
- Make sure that the wall outlet/plug adaptor/extension cable is functional by plugging in a different device
- Printer not turned off:
- When your printer is connected to a computer via a USB cable, if you press the printer’s ON button immediately after you turn off the computer, the printer may not turn off (ON lamp keeps flashing, LCD display does not turn off) in rare instances. If the printer is left in that condition for a long period of time, the temperature of the internal motor may rise, though it poses no safety hazard.
- It can be prevented by updating the printer firmware, which is available for Windows and Mac.
- Fixing the print quality
- Here are some common resolutions for fixing printing quality issues:
- Make sure the page size and media type settings match size and type of loaded paper
- Make sure appropriate print quality is selected
- Make sure of the estimated ink levels
- Make sure the print head nozzles are not clogged by performing nozzle check print
- Make sure the platen glass is not dirty (for copy)
- Make sure original is properly loaded on platen (for copy)
- Paper Jam:
- Solutions:
- Turn off the printer
- Gently remove jammed paper from the rear tray, output slot, or inside the printer
- Check for torn paper pieces Restart the printer
