Canon PIXMA TR4756i is a wireless color all-in-one inkjet photo printer. It offers print, copy, scan, fax. It is affordable and easy to use printer. Canon PIXMA TR4756i uses pigment black ink and dye color inks to deliver crisp text, vibrant images and quality printing.

Unboxing & Initial Setup
- Take the printer out of the box.
- Take out all the accessories and remove the packaging.
- Remove and discard the protective tape from outside and inside.
- Connect the power cord to turn the printer on.
- Install the toner cartridges.
- Load paper into the paper trays.

- Preparation:

Canon TR4756i setup on Chromebook
- Preparation:
- Ensure the printer is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your Chromebook.
- Setup:
- Open Settings on your Chromebook.
- Navigate to Advanced > Printing > Printers.
- If the printer is detected automatically, select it to add.
- If not, manually add the printer using its IP address (accessible from the printer’s network settings).
Troubleshooting Steps
- Printer not connecting to wi-fi:
- Possible Causes: Incorrect password, weak, signal or outdated firmware.
- Solutions:
- Ensure your Wi-Fi password is correct
- Place the printer close to the router
- Re-run Easy Wireless Connect
- Press Setup >Wi-Fi Setup >Easy Wireless Connect
- Restart the router and printer
- Check for firmware updates via Canon’s official website
- Print Not Detected by computer or mobile:
- Solutions:
- Ensure both printer and device are on the same Wi-Fi network
- Restart your printer and device
- Reinstall the Canon PRINT Inkjet/SELPHY app (for mobile)
- For USB connection, ensure the cable is securely connected
- On Windows/Mac, reinstall the printer driver
