Canon TR4755i is a compact multifunctional printer with copy, scan and fax capabilities. It is ideal for home use. It simplify scanning and printing to and from cloud storage with PIXMA Cloud Link via the Canon PRINT app. Canon PIXMA TR4755i supports wireless connectivity.

Unboxing & Initial Setup
- Take the printer out of the box.
- Take out all the accessories and remove the packaging.
- Remove and discard the protective tape from outside and inside.
- Connect the power cord to turn the printer on.
- Install the toner cartridges.
- Load paper into the paper trays.

- Preparation:
- Ensure the printer is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your iOS device.
- Printing:
- Use AirPrint to print directly from apps like Photos, Mail, or Safari.
- For advanced features, download the Canon PRINT app from the App Store and set up the printer through the app.

- Preparation:
- Ensure the printer and your Android device are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
- Printing:
- Download the Canon PRINT app from the Google Play Store.
- Open the app, detect your printer, and follow the instructions to connect.
- Use the app for printing and scanning.
Canon TR4755i setup on Chromebook
- Preparation:
- Ensure the printer is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your Chromebook.
- Setup:
- Open Settings on your Chromebook.
- Go to Advanced > Printing > Printers.
- If the printer is auto-detected, select it to add.
- If not, manually add the printer using its IP address (accessible from the printer’s network settings).
Troubleshooting Steps
- Printer not connecting to wi-fi:
- Possible Causes: Incorrect password, weak, signal or outdated firmware.
- Solutions:
- Ensure your Wi-Fi password is correct
- Place the printer close to the router
- Re-run Easy Wireless Connect
- Press Setup >Wi-Fi Setup >Easy Wireless Connect
- Restart the router and printer
- Check for firmware updates via Canon’s official website
- Print Not Detected by computer or mobile:
- Solutions:
- Ensure both printer and device are on the same Wi-Fi network
- Restart your printer and device
- Reinstall the Canon PRINT Inkjet/SELPHY app (for mobile)
- For USB connection, ensure the cable is securely connected
- On Windows/Mac, reinstall the printer driver

- Gently remove jammed paper from the rear tray, output slot, or inside the printer
- Check for torn paper pieces

- Run Print Head Cleaning:
- Press Setup >Maintenance>Cleaning
