Unboxing & Initial Setup
- Take the printer out of the box.
- Take out all the accessories and remove the packaging.
- Remove and discard the protective tape from outside and inside.
- Connect the power cord to turn the printer on.
- Install the toner cartridges.
- Load paper into the paper trays.

Setting Up Canon TR4665 on Windows
Step 1: Install Printer Drivers
- Driver Download Links are in the bottom of the page.
- Search for “Canon TR4665” and download the latest drivers for your version of Windows.
- Open the downloaded file and follow the installation instructions to install the drivers.
Step 2: Connect via USB or Wi-Fi
- USB connection: Plug the USB cable into both your computer and the printer.
- Wi-Fi connection: Press the Wi-Fi button on the printer, select your Wi-Fi network, and enter the password when prompted.
Step 3: Add Printer to Windows
- Open the Start menu and go to Settings.
- Select Devices > Printers & Scanners.
- Click Add a Printer or Scanner.
- Select your Canon TR4665 from the list and click Add Device.
Your printer is now ready to print from your Windows device!

Setting Up Canon TR4665 on Mac
Step 1: Install Printer Drivers

- Download and install the appropriate drivers for macOS.
Step 2: Connect via USB or Wi-Fi
- USB connection: Connect your Canon TR4665 to your Mac using the USB cable.
- Wi-Fi connection: Press the Wi-Fi button on the printer and follow the prompts to connect it to your Wi-Fi network.
Step 3: Add Printer to Mac
- Open System Preferences and select Printers & Scanners.
- Click the + button to add your printer.
- Select your Canon TR4665 from the list and click Add.
Your Mac is now set up to print with the Canon TR4665!

Setting Up Canon TR4665 on iOS
Step 1: Connect Printer to Wi-Fi
Ensure that your Canon TR4665 is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your iPhone or iPad.
Step 2: Set Up Air Print
- Open Settings on your iOS device.
- Tap Wi-Fi, and confirm that your printer is connected to the same network.
Step 3: Print from iOS
