Unboxing & Initial Setup
- Take the printer out of the box.
- Take out all the accessories and remove the packaging.
- Remove and discard the protective tape from outside and inside.
- Connect the power cord to turn the printer on.
- Install the toner cartridges.
- Load paper into the paper trays.

Driver Installation

- Run the installer and follow the on-screen instructions.
Wireless Connection Setup
- On the printer, press the Menu button and navigate to LAN Settings > Wireless LAN Setup.
- Select your Wi-Fi network and enter the password.
- During the driver installation, choose Wireless Connection and follow the prompts to complete the setup.
USB Connection Setup
- Connect the printer to your Windows PC using a USB cable.
- The system should detect the printer and automatically install the driver.
- If not, manually add the printer:
- Go to Control Panel > Devices and Printers > Add a Printer and select the TR4645.

Wireless Connection Setup
- Use the printer’s control panel to navigate to LAN Settings > Wireless LAN Setup and connect to your Wi-Fi network.
- On your Mac, go to System Preferences > Printers & Scanners > Add (+).
- Select the Canon TR4645 from the list or add it using its IP address if not listed.
USB Connection Setup
- Connect the printer to your Mac using a USB cable.
- It should appear automatically in the Printers & Scanners list.

- Open a document or image, tap Share, select Print, and choose the TR4645.
