Canon PIXMA TR4550 is a multifunctional printer offering Print, Copy, Scan, Fax & Cloud Link. It delivers professional quality printing. It uses 2 FINE Cartridges (BK, CL) for vibrant and crip prints. Canon PIXMA TR4550 comes with included software like MP Driver including Scanning Utility, Easy-WebPrint EX (download).

Unboxing & Initial Setup
- Take the printer out of the box.
- Take out all the accessories and remove the packaging.
- Remove and discard the protective tape from outside and inside.
- Connect the power cord to turn the printer on.
- Install the toner cartridges.
- Load paper into the paper trays.

- Download and Install Drivers:

- Download the “TR4500 series Full Driver & Software Package (Windows)” suitable for your Windows version.
- Run the downloaded file and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.
- Connect the Printer:
- Wireless Connection:
- During installation, select “Wireless LAN Connection” when prompted.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to connect the printer to your Wi-Fi network.
- Ensure your computer is connected to the same network as the printer.

- Tap on “Add Printer” and follow the on-screen instructions to detect and add your printer.

- Wireless Connection:
- Ensure your Chromebook and printer are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
- Click the status tray (bottom right corner) on your Chromebook.
- Select the gear icon to open Settings.
- Scroll down and click on “Advanced.”
- Under “Printing,” click on “Printers.”
- Click on “Add Printer.”
- Your Chromebook should detect the Canon PIXMA TR4550. Select it and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup.
