Unboxing & Initial Setup
- Take the printer out of the box.
- Take out all the accessories and remove the packaging.
- Remove and discard the protective tape from outside and inside.
- Connect the power cord to turn the printer on.
- Install the toner cartridges.
- Load paper into the paper trays.

Driver Installation

- Run the installer and follow the on-screen instructions.
Connection Setup
- Wireless (Wi-Fi) Connection:
- Press the Setup button on the printer.
- Navigate to Wireless LAN Setup and select Easy Setup.
- Choose your Wi-Fi network and enter the password.
- During driver installation, select Wireless Connection.
- USB Connection:
- Connect the printer to your PC using a USB cable.
- The system will automatically detect and install the printer.

Driver Installation

- Install the driver and then open System Preferences > Printers & Scanners.
- Click the + button and select the printer from the list.
Connection Setup
- Wireless (Wi-Fi) Connection:
- On the printer, use the Wireless LAN Setup to connect it to your Wi-Fi network.
- Ensure your Mac is on the same Wi-Fi network.
- USB Connection:
- Connect the printer to your Mac using a USB cable.
- It should appear automatically in the printer list.

Using AirPrint (No App Required):
- Ensure your printer is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your iOS device.
- Open the document or photo you want to print.
- Tap the Share button, then select Print.

- Download the Canon PRINT Inkjet/SELPHY app from the App Store.
- Open the app and follow the setup instructions to connect your printer.
