Overview
Canon PIXMA MX360 is made for primary usage printing needs. It comes with a scanner, copier and fax. It uses 2 FINE Cartridges with 4 colour systems which delivers superior print quality featuring crisp text, vivid colors, and high definition images. Canon PIXMA MX360 has included softwares like Canon MP Navigator EX, Canon Easy-PhotoPrint EX, Easy-WebPrint EX, Canon Speed Dial Utility, Canon Solution Menu EX.

Unboxing & Initial Setup
- Take the printer out of the box.
- Take out all the accessories and remove the packaging.
- Remove and discard the protective tape.
- Connect the power cord to turn the printer on.
- Install the ink.
- Load paper.

Canon MX360 setup on Windows
USB Setup (Wired Setup):
- Download the Drivers
- Download and install the necessary drivers from the bottom of the page.
- Once the driver installation is completed, run the installed file.
- Connect the USB Cable to your printer
- Plug the USB cable to your printer and the other end to your PC.
- Go to the settings of your PC.
- Click on Printers and Scanners.
- From the available printers list select your Canon PIXMA MX360.
- Print the Test page
- Print a test page to confirm the setup.
Canon MX360 setup on macOS
Wired/USB Connection:
- Download Drivers:
- Download the driver package from the bottom of the page.
- Once the installation is completed , run the file.
- Connect the USB Cable to your printer:
- Plug the USB cable to your printer and the other end to your Mac.
- On your Mac click on the system preference option.
- Now click on Printer and Scanners.
- The available printers list will appear on the screen, select your Canon PIXMA MX360.
- Print the Test page:
- Print a test page to confirm the setup.
NOTE: The Canon PIXMA MX360 is not compatible with IOS, Chrome OS, Android using wi-fi and USB.
Troubleshooting Steps
- Printer not connecting to WIFI:
- Possible Causes: Incorrect password, weak, signal or outdated firmware.
- Ensure your Wi-Fi password is correct
- Place the printer close to the router
- Re-run Easy Wireless Connect
- Press Setup >Wi-Fi Setup >Easy Wireless Connect
- Restart the router and printer
- Check for firmware updates via Canon’s official website
- Print Not Detected by computer or mobile:
- Ensure both printer and device are on the same Wi-Fi network
- Restart your printer and device
- Reinstall the Canon PRINT Inkjet/SELPHY app (for mobile)
- For USB connection, ensure the cable is securely connected
- On Windows/Mac, reinstall the printer driver
- Paper Jam:
- Turn off the printer
- Gently remove jammed paper from the rear tray, output slot, or inside the printer
- Check for torn paper pieces
- Restart the printer
- Poor Print Quality (Faded, Streaks, Missing Colors):
- Check ink levels and replace cartridges if needed
- Run Print Head Cleaning:
- Press Setup >Maintenance>Cleaning
- Perform Print Head Alignment via the same menu
- Ensure you’re using compatible paper
