Unboxing & Initial Setup

  1. Cut the seal and open the flaps to open the box.
  2. Take out any included manuals, power cables, and USB devices.
  3. Remove the printer’s foam and plastic by lifting it out.
  4. Remove the tape, peel off the orange and blue tapes on the outside and inside.
  5. To install toner, shake the cartridge, take off the seal, and put it in.
  6. Insert paper after adjusting the tray.
  7. Connect power.

Setup guide for Canon PIXMA MP250 on Windows with USB:

  1. Turn the printer on:

                             a. Plug into the power cord and press the power button to turn the printer on.

  1. Connect the Printer to Your PC:

                             a. Plug the USB cable into the printer and connect the other end to your PC.

  1. Download Drivers:

                          a. Download and install the full driver package from the bottom of the page.

                          b. When the installation is completed, run the installer file and follow the on-screen instructions.

  3. Check the cartridges:
  4. Make sure the ink cartridges are placed correctly. Also, ensure that there is enough ink.
  5. Check paper:
  6. If the papers are not arranged correctly, take them out of the paper tray and straighten them up. Make sure that the paper tray is not jammed.
  7. Check Wi-Fi Connection:
  8. Ensure that your printer and device are connected to the same network.
  9. Make sure that the WIFI connection is stable.
  10. Update the Driver:
  11. Outdated drivers may cause problems.
  12. Check for the latest driver updates for your printer model.
  13. Download and install the updated driver.
