- Remove all packaging material and protective tapes from the printer
- Take out documentation material, power cord and other accessories from the box.
- Connect the power cord and turn ON the printer
- Install the ink cartridges
- Load paper into the paper tray

Setting Up Guide for Windows:
- Install the Software:
- Open the downloaded file to start the installation process.
- Click “Next” to begin the installation and read the license agreement, then click “Yes” if you agree to the terms.
- Select “Network connection” and then click “Next”. .
- The software will search for your printer on the network. Select your printer from the list that appears and click “Next”.
- Place a checkmark in the box for each component you wish to install (e.g., UFR2 printer drivers) and click “Next”.
- Confirm the name of the printer and then click “Next” to begin the installation.
- Complete Setup:
- After the installation is complete, select a device as the default printer.
- The installation of your Canon imageCLASS MF 667cdw to your Windows computer is now complete.

Setting up Guide for MAC:
- Download the appropriate package for your Mac:
- Run the Installer
- Open the downloaded file to start the installation process.
- Click Continue to begin, and then Agree to the license agreement.

- The software will begin searching for printers on your network.

- Printing Problems (Poor Quality/No Print):
- Check Consumables: Monitor the toner cartridge levels via the Status Monitor on the home screen and replace them if necessary.Adjust Print Quality.
- Verify Settings: Ensure the paper size and type settings in the printer driver match the paper actually loaded in the tray to avoid mismatch errors.
- Network/Connectivity Issues: Wireless Setup: If the printer is not connecting to the network, use the “Wireless LAN setting” option in the display panel menu to reconfigure the connection, entering the correct Wi-Fi password.
