- Remove all packaging material and protective tapes from the printer
- Take out documentation material, power cord and other accessories from the box.
- Connect the power cord and turn ON the printer
- Install the ink cartridges
- Load paper into the paper tray

Setting Up Guide for Windows:
- Install the Software:
- Open the downloaded file to start the installation process.
- Click “Next” to begin the installation and read the license agreement, then click “Yes” if you agree to the terms.
- Select “Network connection” and then click “Next”. .
- The software will search for your printer on the network. Select your printer from the list that appears and click “Next”.
- Place a checkmark in the box for each component you wish to install (e.g., UFR2 printer drivers) and click “Next”.
- Confirm the name of the printer and then click “Next” to begin the installation.
- Complete Setup:
- After the installation is complete, select a device as the default printer.
- The installation of your Canon image CLASS MF 655cdw to your Windows computer is now complete.

Setting up Guide for MAC:
- Download the appropriate package for your Mac:
- Run the Installer
- Open the downloaded file to start the installation process.
- Click Continue to begin, and then Agree to the license agreement.
- When prompted, select Network connection as your connection type.
- Connect to the Printer:
- The software will begin searching for printers on your network.
- From the list of found printers, select your Canon MF 655cdw

- Open: the app you want to print from (e.g., Safari, Photos, Notes).
- Find: the content you want to print.
- Tap: the Share icon (a square with an arrow pointing up) or the Print icon.
- Select: “Print” from the options that appear.
- Tap: the “Printer” option and select your Canon MF655cdw from the list of available printers.
- Choose: your print settings, such as paper size or the number of copies.
- Tap: “Print” to send the document to the printer.

Setting up Guide for Chromebook:
- Connect the Printer to Your Network:
- Turn on your MF655cdw and use its control panel to connect it to your wireless network, selecting your network name and entering the password.

- On your Chromebook, open the Settings menu.
- In the left-hand menu, click on Advanced.
- Select Print and scan.

- Check Paper Condition: Ensure the paper is not wrinkled or curled. Fan the paper stack before loading.
