Canon MF263dw setup on Windows
- Download and Install Drivers:
- Driver Downloads are available in the Bottom of the page.
- Navigate to the “Drivers, Software & Firmware” section.
- Select the appropriate driver for your Windows version and download it.
- Run the installer and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.
- Connect the Printer:
- Connect the printer to your computer using a USB cable or ensure both devices are on the same network for network printing.
Canon MF263dw setup on macOS
- Download and Install Drivers:
- Driver Downloads are available in the Bottom of the page.
- In the “Drivers, Software & Firmware” section, select the driver compatible with your macOS version and download it.
- Open the downloaded file and follow the installation prompts.
- Add the Printer:
- Go to System Preferences > Printers & Scanners.
- Click the “+” button to add a new printer.
- Select your Canon MF263dw from the list and click “Add”.

- Using AirPrint:
- Ensure your iOS device and the MF263dw printer are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
- Open the document or photo you wish to print.
- Tap the Share icon and select Print.

- Click the status area in the lower-right corner of the Chromebook screen.
- Click the Settings gear icon.
- Scroll down and click Advanced.
- Under the “Printing” section, click Printers.
- Click Add Printer.
- Your Chromebook should detect the Canon MF263dw printer. Select it and click Add.
