Overview
The Canon PIXMA iP4850 is a color inkjet photo printer known for its high-quality prints, fast printing speeds, and compact design. It features a 9600 x 2400 dpi resolution, auto duplex printing, and borderless printing capabilities. The printer also includes two-way paper feeding, with both a rear tray and a front cassette, and supports direct printing onto CDs and DVDs.

Unboxing & Initial Setup
- Remove all packaging material and protective tapes from the printer
- Take out documentation material, power cord and other accessories from the box.
- Connect the power cord and turn ON the printer
- Install the ink cartridges
- Load paper into the paper tray

Setting up Guide for Windows:
- Install the drivers and software:
- Run the downloaded installer file (usually an executable file).

Setting up Guide for MAC:
1. Download Drivers and Software:

2. Add the Printer in macOS:
- Open System Settings (or System Preferences).
- Click on “Printers & Scanners” in the sidebar.
- Add Printer, Scanner, or Fax.

3. Wireless Setup (if applicable):

Setting up Guide for IOS:
- Connect to Wi-Fi: Ensure both your printer and your iOS device are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
- Open the App and Add the Printer:
- Tap the plus button to add a new printer.
3. Select “Connect to a product already on Wi-Fi”:
- Choose this option to connect to your printer via the existing Wi-Fi network.
4. Select Your Printer: Select your ET-4850 printer from the list.
5. The app will guide you through the remaining setup steps,

Setting up Guide for Chromebook:
1. Connect to the same Wi-Fi:
- Your Chromebook is connected to the same wireless network.
2. Open print settings:
- On your Chromebook, press Ctrl + P to open the print dialog box or navigate to Settings > Advanced > Printers and scanners.
3. Select your printer:
- Choose your printer from the list. If it’s not listed, click to search or manually add it.
4. Complete the setup:
- Finalize the printer setup. You may need to confirm the connection.

Troubleshooting Steps
- 1. Basic Checks:
