Overview

Canon MAXIFY GX6050 3-in-1 color inkjet printer. The Canon MAXIFY GX6050 is a compact, high-volume inkjet printer designed for small and medium-sized businesses, offering low-cost, high-speed printing with refillable ink tanks. It features Wi-Fi and Ethernet connectivity, a 50-sheet ADF, and a 350-sheet paper capacity. The printer also boasts user-replaceable maintenance cartridges and supports printing on various media, including envelopes and banners up to 1.2 meters long.

Unboxing & Initial Setup

  1. Remove all packaging material and protective tapes from the printer
  2. Take out documentation material, power cord and other accessories from the box.
  3. Connect the power cord and turn ON the printer
  4. Install the ink cartridges
  5. Load paper into the paper tray

Setting up Guide for Windows:

1. Download the setup file:

  1. Download the setup package for Windows.

2. Run the installer:

  1. Locate the downloaded file and double-click it to begin the installation process.

3. The installer will guide you through the software installation and printer connection setup.

4. Connect to your network (if using Wi-Fi):

  1. Ensure your printer is powered on and connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your computer.
  2. If using WPS, This may involve pressing the WPS button on your router and/or printer.
  3. If not using WPS, you may need to manually select your Wi-Fi network and enter the password.

5. Complete the setup:

  1. Once the connection is established, follow the remaining prompts in the installer to finalize the setup.

Troubleshooting Steps
