Canon PIXMA G4411 is a smart, productive 4-in-1 low cost printer. It is a high quality, compact printer. It offers printing, copying, scanning and fax functions. Canon PIXMA G4411 has a high page yield of up to 12000 pages from 2 black bottles or up to 7000 pages using a single set of colour bottles.

Unboxing & Initial Setup
- Cut the seal and open the flaps to open the box.
- Take out any included manuals, power cables, and USB devices.
- Remove the printer’s foam and plastic by lifting it out.
- Remove the tape, peel off the orange and blue tapes on the outside and inside.
- To install toner, shake the cartridge, take off the seal, and put it in.
- Insert paper after adjusting the tray.
- Connect power.

Canon G4411 setup on Windows
WIFI Setup
- Power on the Printer
- To turn on the printer, plug in the power cord and press the Power button.
- Connect the Printer to wifi
- Select wifi Connection.
- Enter the password.
- Press and hold the WiFi button on the printer until the WiFi lamp blinks.
- Connect Canon PIXMA G4411 to your WiFi network.
- Download Drivers
- Download and install the full driver package from the bottom of the page.
- When the installation is completed, run the installer file and follow the onscreen instructions.
- Print the Test page
- Print a test page to confirm the setup.
USB Setup (Wired Setup):
- Turn the printer on
- Plug into the power cord and press the power button to turn the printer on.
- Connect the Printer to Your PC
- Plug the USB cable into the printer and connect the other end to your PC.
- Download Drivers
- Download and install the full driver package from the bottom of the page.
- When the installation is completed, run the installer file and follow the onscreen instructions.
- Print the Test page
- Print a test page to confirm the setup.
Canon G4411 setup on macOS
Wi-Fi/Wireless:
- Power on the Printer
- To turn on the printer, plug in the power cord and press the Power button.
- Connect the Printer to wifi
- Select wifi Connection.
- Enter the password.
- Press and hold the WiFi button on the printer until the WiFi lamp blinks.
- Connect Canon PIXMA G4411 to your WiFi network.
- Download Drivers
- Download and install the full driver package from the bottom of the page.
- Select your macOS version from the dropdown e.g., macOS Ventura, Monterey, etc..
- When the installation is completed, run the installer file and follow the onscreen instructions.
- Add Printer to Mac If Required
- Go to system settings Printers Scanners.
- Click on add a printer, scanner, fax.
- The Mac will automatically detect the Canon PIXMA G4411.
- Select it and click Add.
- Print the Test page
- Print a test page to confirm the setup.
Wired/USB Connection:
- Power on the Printer
- To turn on the printer, plug in the power cord and press the Power button.
- Download Drivers
- Download the drivers and install the full driver package from the bottom of the page.
- When the installation is completed, run the installer file and follow the onscreen instructions.
- Connect the Printer to Your Mac
- Plug the USB cable into the printer and connect the other end to your Mac.
- Add Printer to Mac If needed
- Go to system settings Printers Scanners.
- Click on add printer or scanner.
- Mac will automatically detect the Canon PIXMA G4411.
- Select it and click Add.
- Print the Test page
- Print a test page to confirm the setup.
You can also use AirPrint to print without downloading any app:
- Open an image, email, or document.
- Click on the share icon.
- Select Print.
- Select Canon PIXMA G4411 from the printer list.
- Click Print.
Canon G4411 setup on iPhone & iPad
iOS only support Wireless Connections
- Turn the printer on
- Plug into the power cord and press the power button to turn the printer on.
- Install the Canon PRINT InkjetSELPHY App
- Open the App Store on your iPhone or iPad.
- Search for “Canon PRINT InkjetSELPHY”.
- Tap Download and install the app.
- Connect the Printer to wifi
- Select wifi Connection.
- Enter the password.
- Press and hold the WiFi button on the printer until the WiFi lamp blinks.
- Connect Canon PIXMA G4411 to your WiFi network.
- Add Printer
- Click on the “” icon usually at the top or bottom of the screen to add a printer.
- App will search for printers on your WiFi network.
- Your device will automatically detect Canon PIXMA G4411.
- Select it and click Add.
- Print the Test page
- Print a test page to confirm the setup.
Canon G4411 setup on Android
- Turn on the Printer
- To turn on the printer, plug in the power cord and press the power button.
- Connect the Printer to wifi
- Select wifi Connection.
- Enter the password.
- Press and hold the WiFi button on the printer until the WiFi lamp blinks.
- Connect Canon PIXMA G4411 to your WiFi network.
- Install the Canon PRINT InkjetSELPHY App
- Open the Play Store on your Phone.
- Search for “Canon PRINT InkjetSELPHY”.
- Tap Download and install the app.
- Connect Printer to WiFi Using App
- In the Canon PRINT app, click “Add Printer”.
- Select “Register Printer” “Connect via Wireless Router”.
- App will automatically detect your printer.
- Choose your WiFi network and enter the password to connect.
- Print the Test page
- Print a test page to confirm the setup.
Canon G4411 setup on Chromebook
Wireless/Wi-fi:
- Power on the Printer
- To turn on the printer, plug in the power cord and press the power button.
- Connect the Printer to wifi
- Select wifi Connection.
- Enter the password.
- Press and hold the WiFi button on the printer until the WiFi lamp blinks.
- Connect Canon PIXMA G4411 to your WiFi network.
- Add Printer
- Click the Settings icon.
- In the Settings menu, click on Advanced at the bottom.
- Click Printing and then Printers.
- Click the Add printer option to connect the Printer.
- Your Canon PIXMA G4411 should appear in the list if it’s connected to the same WiFi.
- Click Add.
- Print the Test page
- Print a test page to confirm the setup.
Wired/USB:
- Power on the Printer
- To turn on the printer, plug in the power cord and press the Power button.
- Connect the Printer to Your Chromebook
- Plug the USB cable into the printer and connect the other end to your Chromebook.
- Add Printer
- Click the Settings icon.
- In the Settings menu, click on Advanced at the bottom.
- Click Printing and then Printers.
- Click the Add printer option to connect the Printer.
- Your Canon PIXMA G4411 should appear in the list if it’s connected to the same WiFi.
- Click Add.
- Print the Test page
- Print a test page to confirm the setup.
Troubleshooting Steps
- Check the power
- Check the printer plug and the wall outlet both are securely connected.
- Check the cartridges
- Make sure the ink cartridges are placed correctly. Also, ensure that there is enough ink.
- Check paper
- If the papers are not arranged correctly, take them out of the paper tray and straighten them up. Make sure that the paper tray is not jammed. You can now shut off the paper tray.
- Check WiFi Connection
- Ensure that your printer and device are connected to the same network.
- Make sure that the WIFI connection is stable.
- Update the Driver
- Outdated drivers may cause problems.
- Check for the latest driver updates for your printer model.
- Download and install the updated driver.
