Overview
Canon G3262 is an all in one ink tank printer which has capabilities like printing, copying, scanning. It is designed for homes, small offices. Canon G3262 offers high volume printing at a very low budget. It is a part of Canon’s MegaTank series, which uses refillable ink tanks which minimises the refill costs. Canon G3262 is very compact and lightweight, it fits in very small spaces.

Canon G3262 setup on Windows
- Power ON the Printer:
- To turn on the printer, plug in the power cord and press the Power button.
- Download Drivers:
- Download and install the full driver package from the bottom of the page.
- When the installation is completed, run the installer file and follow the on-screen instructions.
- Connect the Printer:
- Run the driver file you downloaded.
- Select wifi Connection.
- Press and hold the Wi-Fi button on the printer until the Wi-Fi lamp blinks.
- Connect Canon G3262 to your Wi-Fi network.
- Now follow the on-screen instructions and complete the process.
- Print the Test page:
- To make sure it’s functioning, try printing a test page from Word or Notepad.
Canon G3262 setup on macOS
- Power ON the Printer:
- To turn on the printer, plug in the power cord and press the Power button.
- Turn ON the wifi:
- Turn the wifi ON and connect it with the printer. Ensure that your printer and Mac are on the same network.
- Download Drivers:
- Download and install the full driver package from the bottom of the page.
- Select your macOS version from the dropdown (e.g., macOS Ventura, Monterey, etc.).
- When the installation is completed, run the installer file and follow the on-screen instructions.
- Add Printer to Mac:
- Go to system settings > Printers & Scanners.
- Click + to add a printer.
- The Mac will automatically detect the Canon G3262.
- Select it and click Add.
- Print the Test page:
- To make sure it’s functioning, try printing a test page from Word or Notepad.
Canon G3262 setup on iPhone & iPad
- Turn ON the Printer:
- To turn on the printer, plug in the power cord and press the power button.
- Install the Canon PRINT Inkjet/SELPHY App:
- Open the App Store on your iPhone or iPad.
- Search for “Canon PRINT Inkjet/SELPHY”.
- Tap Download and install the app.
- Turn ON the wifi:
- Turn the wifi ON and connect it with the printer. Ensure that your printer and device are on the same network.
- Add Printer:
- Click on the “+” icon (usually at the top or bottom of the screen) to add a printer.
- App will search for printers on your Wi-Fi network.
- Your device will automatically detect Canon G3262.
- Select it and click Add.
- Print the Test page:
- To make sure it’s functioning, try printing a test page from Word or Notepad.

- Power ON the Printer:
- To turn on the printer, plug in the power cord and press the Power button.
- Install the Canon PRINT Inkjet/SELPHY App:
- Open the Play Store on your Phone.
- Search for “Canon PRINT Inkjet/SELPHY”.
- Tap Download and install the app.
- Turn ON the wifi:
- Turn the wifi ON and connect it with the printer. Ensure that your printer and device are on the same network.
- Connect Printer to Wi-Fi Using App:
- In the Canon PRINT app, click “Add Printer”.
- Select “Register Printer” > “Connect via Wireless Router”.
- App will automatically detect your printer.
- Choose your Wi-Fi network and enter the password to connect.
Canon G3262 setup on Chromebook
- Power ON the Printer:
- To turn on the printer, plug in the power cord and press the Power button.
- Turn ON the wifi:
- Turn the wifi ON and connect it with the printer. Ensure that your printer and Chromebook are on the same network.
- Add Printer:
- Click the Settings icon.
- In the Settings menu, click on Advanced at the bottom.
- Click Printing and then Printers.
- Click the Add printer option to connect the Printer.
- Your Canon G3262 should appear in the list if it’s connected to the same Wi-Fi.
- Click Add.
- Print the Test page:
- To make sure it’s functioning, try printing a test page from Word or Notepad.
