Canon G2820 is an ink-filling high capacity all-in-one printer. It also offers scanning and copying. It comes with a refillable MegaTank ink system which is known for its cost efficiency. Canon G2820 is compact and lightweight. It is ideal for students and home office users with high volume printing needs.

Unboxing & Initial Setup
- Take the printer out of the box.
- Remove all the packaging.
- Remove and discard the protective tape.
- Install the print heads.
- Connect the power cord, and then press the ON button.
- Pour the ink.
- Load plain LTR or A4 size paper.

Canon G2820 setup on Windows
- Download the Drivers:
- Download and install the necessary drivers from the bottom of the page.
- Once the driver installation is completed, run the installed file.
- Connect the USB Cable to your printer:
- Plug the USB cable to your printer and the other end to your PC.
- Go to the settings of your PC.
- Search for bluetooth and devices.
- Click on Printers and Scanners.
- From the available printers list select your Canon G2820.
- Print the Test page:
- Print a test page to confirm the setup.
Canon G2820 setup on macOS
- Download Drivers:
- Download the driver package from the bottom of the page.
- Once the installation is completed , run the file.
- Connect the USB Cable to your printer:
- Plug the USB cable to your printer and the other end to your Mac.
- On your Mac click on the system preference option.
- Now click on Printer and Scanners.
- The available printers list will appear on the screen, select your Canon G2820.
- Print the Test page:
- Print a test page to confirm the setup.
