- Preparation:
- Ensure the printer is powered on and connected via USB or Wi-Fi.

- Driver Installation:
- Run the downloaded
.exefile and follow the installation instructions. - Connect the printer to your computer using a USB cable during the setup.
- Print a test page to verify the setup.

- Preparation:
- Ensure the printer is powered on and connected via USB.
- Driver Installation:

- Open the
.dmgfile and follow the on-screen prompts. - Add the printer in System Preferences > Printers & Scanners by selecting the Canon G2416.
Canon G2416 setup on iPhone & iPad
- Preparation:
- Ensure the printer is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your iOS device (if supported).
- Note that this model may not support native AirPrint due to its design primarily for USB use.
- Printing:
- Use third-party apps or Canon’s Print Service Plugin (if applicable for your printer model).
- Alternatively, transfer the file to a computer connected to the printer for printing.

- Setup:
