- Unbox the printer
- Fill the ink tanks
- Power on the printer
- Load paper in the tray
- Download drivers from the bottom of the page
- Connect the printer via USB
- Follow on screen instructions to complete setup and configuration
- Print test page to confirm normal operation
Canon MegaTank G2200 setup on macOS
- Unbox the printer
- Fill the ink tanks using the supplied bottles
- Plug in the power cord, turn on the printer, and wait for it to initialise
- Load paper into the tray
- Download drivers from the bottom of the page
- Open the downloaded file and follow onscreen instructions
- Use a USB cable to connect the printer to your Mac.
- Mac should recognise the device automatically
- Go to System Settings > Printers & Scanners, click the + button, select the G2200, and click Add.
- Test print to ensure smooth operation
