Overview
Canon G2111 is a part of Canon’s MegaTank series which is known for its high page yield and refillable ink tanks. It is suitable for high volume printing. Canon G2111 also offers scanning and copying. It boasts a hybrid ink system, using both pigment black ink for sharp text and dye color inks for vibrant photos.

Unboxing & Initial Setup
- Remove the outer packaging of the box and take the printer out of it.
- Take all the accessories from the box.
- Remove all the protective tape from the printer.
- Connect the power cord, and then press the ON button.
- Install the ink cartridges.
- Load plain or A4 size paper.

Canon MegaTank G2111 setup on Windows
- Download the Drivers:
- Download and install the necessary drivers from the bottom of the page.
- Once the driver installation is completed, run the installed file.
- Connect the USB Cable to your printer:
- Plug the USB cable to your printer and the other end to your PC.
- Go to the settings of your PC.
- Search for Bluetooth and devices.
- Click on Printers and Scanners.
- From the available printers list select your Canon PIXMA G2111.
- Print the Test page:
- Print a test page to confirm the setup.

- Download Drivers:
- Download the driver package from the bottom of the page.
- Once the installation is completed , run the file.
- Connect the USB Cable to your printer:
- Plug the USB cable to your printer and the other end to your Mac.
- On your Mac click on the system preference option.
- Now click on Printer and Scanners.
- The available printers list will appear on the screen, select your Canon PIXMA G2111.
- Print the Test page:
- Print a test page to confirm the setup.
