Overview
The Canon E4280 is a compact and efficient wireless All-in-One printer designed for home and small office use. It combines printing, scanning, copying, and faxing functions in one versatile device, making it ideal for everyday productivity. With built-in Wi-Fi, the E4280 supports wireless printing from smartphones, tablets, and computers, and is compatible with Apple AirPrint and Google Cloud Print for added convenience

Canon E4570 setup on Windows
- Unbox and turn the printer on
- Install ink and load paper
- Connect to WiFi
- On the printer’s control panel, press the setup button, navigate to Wireless LAN setup.
- Follow the prompts to connect to your Wi-Fi network
- Download drivers from the bottom of the page
- Run the setup and follow onscreen instructions
- The software will detect the printer on your computer
- Complete the installation and test a page to confirm normal operation
Canon E4570 setup on macOS
- Turn the printer on
- Install ink and load paper
- Connect to WiFi
- Press the setup button on the printer, select Wireless LAN setup, and follow the prompts to connect to your Wi-Fi network.
- Download drivers from the bottom of the page
- Open the downloaded file and follow on screen instructions. Choose wireless connection during setup
- Add printer in Mac OS
- Open System Settings (or System Preferences > Printers & Scanners), click the + button, and select your printer from the list
- Complete printing a test page
Canon E4570 setup on iPhone & iPad
- Power on the printer
- Make sure the Apple device is connected to the same WiFi network
- Download Canon Print App from App Store
- Launch the app and give necessary permissions
- Add printer. Tap the + icon and register printer
- Choose connect via wireless router
- The app will search for nearby printers
- If the printer is on the list, it will appear
- Select it and complete the registration
- Print a test page to ensure normal operation
- Use AirPrint (Optional): Once set up, the user can also print directly using AirPrint without needing the app
Canon E4570 setup on Android
- Turn the printer on
- Ensure it’s connected to the same Wi-Fi network your Android device will use
- Install Canon Print app
- Go to Google Play Store and install the app
- Run the setup and accept permissions
- Add printer: Tap the + icon or register printer, then choose connect via wireless router. Follow the in-app instructions to detect your printer
- Connect to the WiFi
- If the printer isn’t yet connected to Wi-Fi, the app will guide the user through setting it up using the phone
- Complete setup and print a test page
Canon E4570 setup on Chromebook
- Turn the printer on
- Click on the time at the bottom right of the screen, then select the gear icon to open settings
- In the left sidebar, click on advanced, then printing and select printers
- Add the printer:
- Chromebook will automatically search for available printers.
- When Canon E4280 appears in the list, click add next to it.
- Add the printer:
- Chromebook will automatically detect and apply the correct driver. If prompted, confirm the model and click add again
- Print test page to ensure normal operation
