Overview
Canon PIXMA E3440 is a compact all-in-one inkjet printer which comes with functionalities like printing, copying, and scanning. It comes with cloud connectivity. Canon PIXMA E3440 supports wireless connectivity. With Canon PIXMA E3440 you can directly print with your smartphones, tablets, and laptops. It is lightweight and compact in size which makes it suitable for homes, small offices.

Unboxing & Initial Setup
- Take the printer out of the box.
- Take out all the accessories and remove the packaging.
- Remove and discard the protective tape from outside and inside.
- Connect the power cord to turn the printer on.
- Install the toner cartridges.
- Load paper into the paper trays.

Canon PIXMA E3440 setup on Windows
- Power ON the Printer:
- To turn on the printer, plug in the power cord and press the Power button.
- Check the network connectivity:
- Connect the Canon PIXMA E3440 to the internet. Make sure your computer and printer are on the same network connection.
- Download Drivers:
- Download the latest drivers from the link given at the bottom of the page.
- Download and install the full driver package.
- Add the printer:
- Select your Canon PIXMA E3440 printer from the available list.

- Power ON the Printer:
- To turn on the printer, plug in the power cord and press the Power button.
- Connect the printer to WIFI:
- Connect the Canon PIXMA E3440 to the internet. Make sure your mac and printer are on the same network connection.
- Download Drivers:
- Download the latest drivers from the link given at the bottom of the page.
- Download and install the full driver package.
- Add the Printer to Your Mac:
- Go to System Settings > Printers & Scanners (or System Preferences > Printers & Scanners for older macOS versions).
- Click the “+” button to add a printer.
- Choose Canon E3440 series from the list.
- Click Add.

- Power ON the Printer:
- To turn on the printer, plug in the power cord and press the Power button.
- Connect the printer to WIFI:
- Press on the wireless button until it starts blinking.
- Press the Black (Colour) button once.
- Once more, press the Wi-Fi button. When the Wi-Fi lamp is ready to connect, it will begin to flash.
- Download the Canon print Inkjet/Selphy app:
- Go to the app store to download and install the Canon/Inkjet Selphy app.
- Connect Your Printer to Wi-Fi via the App:
- Open the Canon PRINT Inkjet/SELPHY app.
- Click Add Printer > Register Printer > Connect via Wireless Router.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to select your Wi-Fi network and enter the password.
- When it connects, the app will automatically detect your printer.

- Power ON the Printer:
- To turn on the printer, plug in the power cord and press the Power button.
- Connect the printer to WIFI:
- Press on the wireless button until it starts blinking.
- Press the Black (Colour) button once.

- Power ON the Printer:
- To turn on the printer, plug in the power cord and press the Power button.
- Connect the printer to WIFI:
- Connect the Canon PIXMA E3440 to the internet. Make sure your Chromebook and printer are on the same network connection.
- Add Printer on Chromebook:
- Now on your Chromebook go to the settings > advanced > print&scan > printers.
- Click Add Printer.
- Now the list of available printers appears on the screen so select the Canon PIXMA E3440 printer from the available list.
- Now the process is completed and the Canon PIXMA E3440 is ready to print.
