Unboxing & Initial Setup
- Remove packaging materials
- Plug in the printer, and turn it on.
- Open the panel and install the cartridges.
- Load preferred paper into the tray.

Canon PIXMA E3100 setup on Windows
- Download drivers and software package from the bottom of the page
- Run the downloaded installer and follow on-screen instructions.
- Choose “Wireless Connection” when prompted for connection type.
- Select your home Wi-Fi network from the printer’s control panel.
- Enter your Wi-Fi password to connect.
- Finish the installation wizard on your PC.
- Print a test page to confirm successful setup.
Canon PIXMA E3100 setup on macOS
- Download the drivers and software package from the bottom of the page
- Open the downloaded file and run the installer.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to install the printer software.
- On the printer’s control panel, access the wireless setup menu.
- Select your Wi-Fi network and enter the password.
- Go to System Preferences > Printers & Scanners.
- Click the “+” button and select your Canon E3100 from the list.
- Click Add to complete.

- On the printer’s control panel, access the wireless setup menu.

- Download Canon Print App from Google Play Store on your Android device.
- Open the Canon Print app and follow the prompts to add your PIXMA E3100.
- Ensure your Android device is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as the printer.

Canon PIXMA E3100 setup on Chromebook
- Use the printer’s control panel to navigate to the wireless setup.
- Select your Wi-Fi network and enter the password.
- Open Chromebook settings and go to Advanced > Printing > Printers.
- Click Add Printer and wait for your Canon PIXMA E3100 to appear.
- Select the printer and click Add.
- Chromebook usually installs drivers automatically; if prompted, follow on-screen instructions.
- Open a document or photo and select Print to confirm the printer is working properly.
