Canon imageCLASS D1320 setup on Windows
- Unbox the printer. Remove all protective materials
- Connect the power cord. Turn on the printer
- Load paper into the paper tray
- Connect the printer to your Windows PC via USB cable or to your network via Ethernet, depending on your setup
- Download links are available from the bottom of the page
- Run the setup.exe file. Follow the on-screen instructions
- Choose the connection method (USB or network)
- Allow Windows to detect the printer
- Install the printer
- Set the D1320 as your default printer in “Devices and Printers”
- Print a test page to confirm successful installation

- Unbox the printer. Remove all packaging materials
- Plug in the power cord
- Turn on the printer
- Load paper into the main tray
- Connect the printer to your Mac using a USB cable or via Ethernet for network use
- Download links are available at the bottom of the page
- Open the .dmg file
- Follow the on-screen prompts to install the drivers
- After installation, open System Preferences and go to Printers & Scanners.
- Click the “+” button to add a new printer.
- Select the Canon D1320 from the list (it may appear as “Canon MFxxxx”).
- Choose the correct driver if prompted, then click Add.
- Print a test page to verify normal operation
Canon imageCLASS D1320 setup on iPhone & iPad
- Ensure your Canon D1320 is powered on and connected to the same Wi-Fi network as the iOS device (via Ethernet connection to your router).
- On your iPhone or iPad, go to the App Store
- Download the Canon PRINT Business app
- Open the app and grant necessary permissions such as access to photos, and files.
- Tap the menu icon and select “Printer” > “Register Printer”
- Choose “Auto Search” to find printers on the network
- Select Canon D1320 from the list
- If it doesn’t appear, tap “Manual Search”
- Enter the printer’s IP address as found on the printer’s settings menu
- Once registered, you can print documents and photos directly from your iOS device
- Use the app to scan documents, monitor printer status, and manage settings
Canon imageCLASS D1320 setup on Android
- Unbox the printer
- Ensure your Canon D1320 is powered on. It should be connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your Android device (via router with Ethernet)
- On the Android device, go to the Google Play Store and download the Canon PRINT Business app
- Once installed, open the app and accept the permissions it requests
- Tap “Add Printer” or the printer icon, then choose “Search” or “Auto Search” to find printers on the network
- Select Canon D1320 from the list of detected printers
- If it doesn’t appear, tap Manual IP, enter the printer’s IP address (found via the printer’s settings menu), and tap OK
- Once added, print documents and photos directly from your Android device
Canon imageCLASS D1320 setup on Chromebook
- Make sure the Canon D1320 is powered on and connected to the same network as the Chromebook (via Ethernet)
- On your Chromebook, open Settings and go to Advanced > Printing > Printers
- Click “Add Printer” and wait for the D1320 to appear
- If it doesn’t show, click “Add manually”
- Enter the printer’s IP address
- Name the printer, set the protocol to IPP, and use socket://[IP address] if needed
- For the PPD file, choose Generic PCL or PostScript driver
- Click Add. The printer will be installed and ready to use
