Canon SELPHY CP1200 is a compact wireless photo printer. It delivers impressive print quality. It can be used by connecting Canon PRINT app, AirPrint, Wireless PictBridge and more. Canon SELPHY CP1200 prints amazing pictures in both colour and black & white. It is ideal for printing photos at home or on the go. It has a dedicated Wi-Fi button to easily connect to and print from your wireless network.

Unboxing & Initial Setup
- Open the box and take the printer out of it.
- Take all the accessories like manuals, print tray, cartridge, power cord, power bank.
- Remove the printer packaging and plastic wrapping.
- Take the ink cartridge and open the door on the right side of the printer, insert it into the printer.
- Open the front side door of the printer, take the paper tray out and load the paper in it facing the glossy part up.
- Close the tray.

Canon SELPHY CP1200 setup on Windows
- Turn on the printer:
- Press the on button for 2 seconds until you see the canon logo appear on the screen.
- Release the button.
- Connect the wifi:
- Press the wifi button to enable the wifi.
- Using the arrow keys press Via-Wifi network.
- Select search for an access point.
- Select your network from the available lists.
- Press the edit button to enter the password.
- Once you enter your password press the finish button and then ok.
- Press ok to confirm the connection.
- Connect the printer with PC:
- Go to the PC settings.
- Select printer & scanners.
- Click on the Add Printer option.
- Your Canon SELPHY CP1200 will appear on the list.
- Select it and click Add.
- Print the Test page:
- Print a test page to confirm the setup.
Canon SELPHY CP1200 setup on macOS
- Turn on the printer:
- Press the on button for 2 seconds until you see the canon logo appear on the screen.
- Release the button.
- Connect the wifi:
- Press the wifi button to enable the wifi.
- Using the arrow keys press Via-Wifi network.
- Select search for an access point.
- Select your network from the available lists.
- Press the edit button to enter the password.
- Once you enter your password press the finish button and then ok.
- Press ok to confirm the connection.
- Connect the printer with Mac:
- Go to the top left corner, select system preference.
- Select printers & scanners.
- Click on the + icon.
- Your Canon SELPHY CP1200 will be displayed on the screen.
- Select it and click Add.
- Print the Test page:
- Print a test page to confirm the setup.

- Turn on the printer:
- Press the on button for 2 seconds until you see the canon logo appear on the screen.
- Release the button.
- Connect the wifi:
- Press the wifi button to enable the wifi.
- Using the arrow keys press Via-Wifi network.
- Select search for an access point.
- Select your network from the available lists.
- Press the edit button to enter the password.
- Once you enter your password press the finish button and then ok.
- Press ok to confirm the connection.
- Download the SELPHY photo layout app:
- Go to the app store and search for the app.
- Download and install the app.
- Connect the phone to printer:
- Go to the wifi settings of the phone.
- Select your printer network from the available list.
- Connect the app:
- Go to the SELPHY photo layout app.
- Go to the top left corner and select the SELPHY series option.
- Print a photo:
- Select the first option in the app.
- Select which paper size you want to print; postcard, credit card etc.
- Click on a postcard, then click on the smartphone option.
- Your albums will be displayed there, select the photo you want to print.
- Press ok.
- Press print preview.
- Select your Canon SELPHY CP1200 and click print.

- Turn on the printer:
- Press the on button for 2 seconds until you see the canon logo appear on the screen.

- Connect the app:
- Go to the SELPHY photo layout app.
- Go to the top left corner and select the SELPHY series option.
- Print a photo:
- Select the first option in the app.
- Select which paper size you want to print; postcard, credit card etc.
