Unboxing & Initial Setup
- Take the printer out of the box.
- Take out all the accessories and remove the packaging.
- Remove and discard the protective tape from outside and inside.
- Connect the power cord to turn the printer on.
- Install the toner cartridges.
- Load paper into the paper trays.

Setting Up Canon TS5020 on Windows
Step 1: Download and Install Printer Drivers
- Driver Download links are in the bottom of the page.
- Download the latest Windows drivers and run the installation file.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.
Step 2: Connect the Printer to Windows
- USB Connection: Use a USB cable to connect the printer to your Windows PC.
- Wi-Fi Connection:
- Press and hold the Wi-Fi button on the printer until the power light blinks.
- Follow the setup wizard on your computer to complete the wireless connection.
Step 3: Add the Printer to Windows
- Go to Settings > Devices > Printers & Scanners.
- Click Add a Printer or Scanner and select Canon TS5020.
- Click Add Device to complete the setup.
Your Canon TS5020 is now ready for printing on Windows!

Setting Up Canon TS5020 on Mac
Step 1: Install Printer Drivers
- Driver Download links are in the bottom of the page.
- Install the drivers and restart your Mac if needed.
Step 2: Connect the Printer to Mac
- USB Connection: Use a USB cable to connect the printer to your Mac.
- Wi-Fi Connection:
- Press the Wi-Fi button on the printer until the power light flashes.
- Use the Canon Setup Utility to connect the printer to your Wi-Fi network.
Step 3: Add the Printer to Mac
- Open System Preferences > Printers & Scanners.
- Click the + button to add a printer.
- Select Canon TS5020 and click Add.
Your Mac is now set up for wireless printing!

Setting Up Canon TS5020 on iOS (iPhone/iPad)
The Canon TS5020 supports Apple AirPrint, allowing you to print directly from your iPhone or iPad.
Step 1: Connect Printer to Wi-Fi
Ensure your Canon TS5020 and iPhone/iPad are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
Step 2: Print Using AirPrint
- Open the document or photo you want to print.
- Tap the Share button and select Print.
- Choose Canon TS5020 from the available printers.
- Tap Print.

Step 1: Install Canon PRINT App
- Open the Google Play Store and search for Canon PRINT Inkjet/SELPHY.

Step 3: Print from Android

- Open Settings > Advanced > Printing > Printers.

- Select Canon TS5020 and click Print.

Troubleshooting Steps
