Overview
Canon PIXMA TS3720 is a wireless all-in-one printer which is easy to set up. It uses 2 Cartridge FINE Hybrid Ink System for improved print quality. You can also easily print from your mobile devices using the Canon PRINT app, Air Print, Mopria Print Service, or from computers and Chromebook with built-in Wi-Fi. Canon PIXMA TS3720 comes with a 1 year warranty.

Unboxing & Initial Setup
- Take out the printer from the box.
- Take all accessories out and remove all the packaging materials.
- Remove the protective tapes.
- Press on the power button to turn the printer on.
- Open the front chamber and install the ink cartridges.
- Close the chamber.
- Load the paper.

Canon TS3720 setup on Windows
Setting up Canon PIXMA TS3720 – Windows (Wi fi):
- Prepare the printer:
- Press and hold the wireless button on the printer.
- When the wireless icon on the printer’s display starts to flash, release the button.
- Wireless flash and the signal bars should be flashing, it indicates that the printer is ready to connect.
- Download the Drivers:
- Download and install the driver from the bottom of the page.
- Once the installation is completed, run the installed file.
- Print the Test page:
- Open a document, photo, or webpage.
- Use Ctrl + P >Select your Canon PIXMA TS3720 printer.
- Print.
USB Setup (Wired Setup):
- Download the Drivers:
- Download and install the necessary drivers from the bottom of the page.
- Once the driver installation is completed, run the installed file.
- Connect the USB Cable to your printer:
- Plug the USB cable to your printer and the other end to your PC.
- Go to the settings of your PC.
- Search for bluetooth and devices.
- Click on Printers and Scanners.
- From the available printers list select your Canon PIXMA TS3720.
- Print the Test page:
- Open a document, photo, or webpage.
- Use Ctrl + P >Select your Canon PIXMA TS3720 printer.
- Print.

Setting up Canon PIXMA TS3720 – Mac (Wi fi):
- Download Drivers:
- Download the driver package from the bottom of the page.
- Once the installation is completed , run the installed file.
- Prepare the printer:
- Press and hold the wireless button on the printer.

- Download Drivers:
- Download the driver package from the bottom of the page.
- Once the installation is completed , run the file.
- Connect the USB Cable to your printer:
- Plug the USB cable to your printer and the other end to your Mac.
- On your Mac click on the system preference option.
- Now click on Printer and Scanners.
- The available printers list will appear on the screen, select your Canon PIXMA TS3720.
- Print the Test page:
- Open a document, photo, or webpage.
- Use Ctrl + P >Select your Canon PIXMA TS3720 printer.
- Print.
Canon TS3720 setup on iPhone & iPad
Setting up Canon PIXMA TS3720 – IOS:
- Printing with AirPrint from iOS Device:
- Tap operation icon using your iOS device’s application.
- Menu options appear.
- Tap Print:
- Select your model name from Printer on Printer Options.
- Check Print Settings:
- Set the number of copies to be printed and print options, as needed.
- Click on Print.
Canon TS3720 setup on Android
Setting up Canon PIXMA TS3720 – Android:
- Setting Up Canon Print Service:
- Download Canon Print Service on Google Play Store.
- After completing installation, enable Canon Print Service on your Android smartphone or tablet.
- Connect your smartphone or tablet and the printer to the same network over Wi-Fi.
- Printing Using Canon Print Service:
- Perform operation for printing in application.
- Select printer in application.
- Specify number of copies, paper size, and other settings as needed.
- Start printing:
- Printing starts with your specified settings.
Canon TS3720 setup on Chromebook
Setting up Canon PIXMA TS3720 – Chrome OS (Wi fi):
- Connect Chromebook to network connection:
- Connect chromebook to your home/office network.
- Check that the printer and chrome book are connected to the same network.
- Add Printer:
- Click the Settings icon.
- In the Settings menu, click on Advanced at the bottom.
- Click Printing and then Printers.
- Your Canon PIXMA TS3720 should appear in the list if it’s connected to the same Wi-Fi.
- Click Add.
- Print the Test page:
- Open a document, photo, or webpage.
- Use Ctrl + P >Select your Canon PIXMA TS3720 printer.
- Print.
Troubleshooting Steps
- The Machine Cannot Be Powered On:
- Press the ON button.
- Make sure that the power plug is securely plugged into the power cord connector of the machine, then turn it back on.
- Make sure that the USB cable is securely plugged in.
- Unplug the machine from the power supply, then plug the machine back in and turn the machine back on after leaving it for at least 2 minutes.
- If you are printing from the computer and there are unnecessary print jobs, delete them.
- Make sure of the following when you load paper:
- When loading two or more sheets of paper, align the edges of the sheets before loading.
- Make sure that the paper stack does not exceed the paper load limit.
- Always load the paper in portrait orientation, regardless of the printing orientation.
- Load the paper with the print side facing up.
- Check to see if the paper you are printing on is not too thick or curled.
- Confirm that the media type and the paper size settings correspond with the loaded paper.
- Make sure that there are not any foreign objects in the rear tray.
- Check Cartridges:
- When a FINE cartridge runs out of ink, replace it with a new one.
- Is the FINE cartridge installed properly?
- If the FINE cartridge is not installed securely, ink may not be ejected correctly.
- Retract the output tray extension and the paper output tray, open the cover, then remove the FINE cartridges, Then install the FINE cartridges again. Push the FINE cartridge until it clicks into place.
- Perform the Print Head Deep Cleaning.
- Paper Jams:
- When paper is jammed, the Alarm lamp flashes and a troubleshooting message is displayed on the computer screen automatically.
- Take the papers out and arrange them in a proper way.
