Unboxing & Initial Setup
- Carefully remove the Canon TS3530 from its packaging, discarding any protective materials.
- Open the front cover and insert the ink cartridges into their respective slots until they click into place.
- Adjust the paper tray for the desired paper size and load the paper accordingly.
- Plug the printer into a power outlet and press the power button to turn it on.

- Preparation:
- Ensure your printer is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your Chromebook.
- Printing:
- Chromebooks support printing via the network without additional drivers.
- Go to your Chromebook’s settings, navigate to “Advanced” > “Printing” > “Printers,” and add your Canon TS3523 if it’s detected.
Troubleshooting Steps
- Printer not connecting to wi-fi:
- Possible Causes: Incorrect password, weak, signal or outdated firmware.
- Solutions:
- Ensure your Wi-Fi password is correct
- Place the printer close to the router
- Re-run Easy Wireless Connect
- Press Setup >Wi-Fi Setup >Easy Wireless Connect
- Restart the router and printer
- Check for firmware updates via Canon’s official website
- Print Not Detected by computer or mobile:
- Solutions:
- Ensure both printer and device are on the same Wi-Fi network
- Restart your printer and device
- Reinstall the Canon PRINT Inkjet/SELPHY app (for mobile)
- For USB connection, ensure the cable is securely connected
- On Windows/Mac, reinstall the printer driver

- Gently remove jammed paper from the rear tray, output slot, or inside the printer
- Check for torn paper pieces
