Unboxing & Initial Setup
- Carefully remove the Canon TR8622a from the packaging and remove all protective materials.
- Open the front cover and insert the ink cartridges into their designated slots, ensuring they are securely in place.
- Adjust the paper guides in the rear tray and load the appropriate paper size (e.g., A4 or letter).
- Connect the printer to a power source and press the power button to turn it on.

- When your printer is connected to a computer via a USB cable, if you press the printer’s ON button immediately after you turn off the computer, the printer may not turn off (ON lamp keeps flashing, LCD display does not turn off) in rare instances. If the printer is left in that condition for a long period of time, the temperature of the internal motor may rise, though it poses no safety hazard.
