Unboxing & Initial Setup
- Carefully remove the Canon TR703a from its packaging, ensuring to take off all protective materials and tapes.
- Open the front cover of the printer. Insert the ink cartridges into their respective slots until you hear a click.
- Adjust the paper guides in the rear paper tray to fit the size of the paper you will be using, then load the paper into the tray.
- Plug the printer into a power outlet and press the power button to turn it on.

Setting Up Canon TR703a on Windows
Step 1: Install Printer Drivers
- Driver Download links are in the bottom of the page.
- Download the latest Windows drivers and run the setup file.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.
Step 2: Connect via Wi-Fi or USB
- USB connection: Connect the printer to your Windows PC using a USB cable.
- Wi-Fi connection:
- Press the Wi-Fi button on the printer until the Wi-Fi light starts flashing.
- Follow the instructions in the setup utility to connect the printer to your Wi-Fi network.
Step 3: Add Printer to Windows
- Open Settings > Devices > Printers & Scanners.
- Click Add a Printer or Scanner, then select Canon TR703a.
- Click Add Device to complete the setup.
Your Canon TR703a is now ready for printing on Windows!

Step 1: Install Printer Drivers

- Install the drivers and restart your Mac if necessary.
Step 2: Connect via Wi-Fi or USB
- USB connection: Plug the printer into your Mac using a USB cable.
- Wi-Fi connection:
- Press and hold the Wi-Fi button on the printer until the Wi-Fi light blinks.
- Use the Canon Setup Utility to connect the printer to your Wi-Fi network.
Step 3: Add Printer to Mac
- Open System Preferences > Printers & Scanners.
- Click the + button to add a printer.
- Select Canon TR703a and click Add.
Your Mac is now set up for wireless printing!

Step 1: Connect Printer to Wi-Fi
Ensure that your Canon TR703a and iPhone/iPad are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.

- Open the document or photo you want to print.
- Tap the Share button and select Print.
- Choose Canon TR703a from the available printers.
- Tap Print.
