Unboxing & Initial Setup
- Carefully remove the Canon TR4530 from its packaging and remove all protective materials and tape.
- Open the front cover of the printer. Insert the ink cartridges into their respective slots until they click into place.
- Adjust the paper guides in the rear paper tray to match the paper size you will use. Load the paper into the tray.
- Plug the printer into a power outlet and press the power button to turn it on.

Setup for Windows
- Driver Installation:
- Driver Download links are on the bottom of the page.
- Run the installer and follow the on-screen instructions.
- Connection Setup:
- Use the printer’s control panel to navigate to Wireless LAN Setup and connect to your Wi-Fi network, or use a USB cable for a wired connection.
- Ensure your computer and the printer are on the same network.
- Using the Printer:
- For printing: Open the document, click File > Print, and select the TR4530.
- For scanning: Use the Canon IJ Scan Utility or Windows Fax and Scan.

- Driver Installation:

- Go to System Preferences > Printers & Scanners > Add (+).
- If the TR4530 appears, select it. Otherwise, download the driver from Canon’s website and install it.
- Connection Setup:
- Use the printer’s control panel to connect to your Wi-Fi network.
- For USB, directly connect the printer to your Mac.
- Using the Printer:
- For printing: Select the TR4530 in the print dialog when printing a document or photo.
- For scanning: Use Image Capture or the Canon IJ Scan Utility.

- AirPrint Setup:
- Ensure the printer is on the same Wi-Fi network as your iOS device.
- Open the document or photo, tap Share > Print, and select the TR4530.

- Use the app to print, scan, and manage settings directly from your iOS device.
- Wi-Fi Direct:
- If no Wi-Fi network is available, connect your iOS device directly to the printer’s Wi-Fi Direct signal.

- Printing:

- Direct Printing:
- Ensure the printer and Chromebook are on the same Wi-Fi network.
- On your Chromebook, go to Settings > Advanced > Printing > Printers > Add Printer.
- Select the TR4530 from the list of available devices.

- If no network is available, enable Wi-Fi Direct on the printer.
- Connect your Chromebook to the printer’s Wi-Fi Direct signal.
- Printing:
