Unboxing & Initial Setup
- Take the printer out of the box.
- Take out all the accessories and remove the packaging.
- Remove and discard the protective tape from outside and inside.
- Connect the power cord to turn the printer on.
- Install the toner cartridges.
- Load paper into the paper trays.

Canon TR4522 setup on Windows
Set up Guide for (Windows):
- Wireless Setup (Easy Wireless Connect or Manual Connect):
Easy Wireless Connect:
Turn on the printer and press the Setup button.
Select Wi-Fi setup and then press OK. - Driver Downloads:
Download the latest drivers from the link given at the bottom of the page. - Manual Connect:
Turn on the printer and press the Setup button.
Select Wi-Fi setup and then press OK. - Wireless Setup (Alternative Methods):
Using a USB Cable (Alternative to Easy Wireless Connect):
Download the latest driver.
On the Preparing Printer screen, select “Alternative Methods”.
Choose “Set up Wi-Fi connection using a USB cable” and Connect the printer to your computer with a USB cable. - USB Connection:
Connect the printer to your computer using a USB cable.
The printer driver should be installed automatically. - Installing Software:
After connecting the printer, you may need to install the software. You can do this by running the setup file you downloaded.

Set up Guide for (Mac):
- Make sure the printer is turned on.
- Have your Wi-Fi password ready if you plan to connect wirelessly.
- Download and Install the Software:
Download the software package for macOS from the link given at the bottom of the page. - Connect to your Mac (Wi-Fi or USB):
Wi-Fi Connection:
The software will guide you through connecting the printer to your Wi-Fi network. You may need to enter your Wi-Fi password during the setup process. - USB Connection:
Connect the printer to your Mac using a USB cable.
The software will guide you through the installation process, which may involve installing printer drivers and software.

Set up Guide for (Android):
- Download and Install the Canon PRINT App:
Open the Google Play Store on your Android device.
Download and install the app. - Prepare the Printer:
Ensure the printer is powered on and connected to your home Wi-Fi network. - Connect the Printer to the App:
Open the Canon PRINT Inkjet/SELPHY app.
You may need to enter your Wi-Fi password in the app. - Start Printing:
Once the printer is connected, you can use the app to print from your phone or tablet.
You can also use the app to scan documents, if the printer has scanning capabilities.

Set up Guide for(Chromebook):
- Connect the Printer to Wi-Fi:
Make sure your Canon TR4522 is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your Chromebook.
On the printer: Use the arrow buttons to go to Device settings.
Choose Easy Setup or Standard Setup, then select your Wi-Fi network and enter the password. - Add Printer to Chromebook:
Once the printer is on the network.
Click the clock in the bottom-right corner > Settings
Scroll down and click Advanced.
Click Add Printer.
